Okay to Clarify. Jun has been...mid when it comes to Genesis tracks he's made some good ones, but also alot of meh ones. When he does stuff without Genesis sounds he Rocks!!!

to be fair the only reason i’m guessing Jun Senoue used different instruments for Sonic 4 is because that if he really did use those instruments from 3D Blast then people might probably think the game is Sonic 2D Blast

Jun is trying waayyyy to hard to sound genesis-sy. Whereas Tee Lopes makes Classic Sonic Music that sounds like the Sega CD, 32X and Saturn.
