🔸 Ingredients:
- Ready mate parathas- 4
- Chicken malai boti- 1 cup
- Mushrooms- 5-6 sliced
- Jalapenos- 5-6 Chopped
- Black olives- 7-8 slice
- Cheese- as required
- Garlic powder- 1/4 cup
- Oil or butter- 2tbsp
SAUCES
- Hot sauce- as per taste
- Soy sauce- as per taste
- Oyster sauce- as per taste
- Mayonnaise- as per required
🔸 VEGETABLES
- Chopped capsicum- 2 tbsp
- Choppe cabbage- 4 tbsp
- Onion rings- As required
🔸 Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Add butter or oil in pan and saute mushrooms
- Then add chicken,mix it well
- After that add all sauces & spices
- Mix it properly
- Sprinkle some garlic powder & add all vegetables
- Toast paratha on tawa
- On toasted paratha apply mayonnaise
- Add some chicken ready mixture
- Put some onion rings & fold the paratha
- Now toast paratha again on tawa from both sides
- Ready to serve
