Everyone's complimenting but I am just confused on these complaints. This is quite literally a "Build Quality" video mainly. #4: Carbon Fiber cracked? Maybe it was drilled in the wrong location from factory? I mean thats what that looks like to me. Audi should be able to replace it in that case since it's quite literally there fault. #3: Valid complaint. #2: If this happens again, simply turn the car off after it closes. No way it can open without power unless for some odd reason it decides to send power ONLY to the sunroof but that would make no sense. Surprised you didn't try this? I mean it wasn't mentioned. After that however, yeah it requires some service. #1: STOP USING THAT AUTO START/ENGINE OFF BULLSHIT. I don't understand why people leave that on in the first place. It does NOT save shit. It's like constantly turning your phone screen on after you lock it. It quite literally works the same on everything I've ever owned. It drains it faster. Cars are no different regardless of advertisement.

I have the same exact year and spec as you except with red guts, how do you customize the the interior lighting? When I turn on the car and turn it off it goes into red, but when I'm driving its white, I go into interior lighting settings and the only thing I can customize is the brightness of the interior lighting

I just bought a used 2018 S5 Prestige and I cannot get the self parking feature to work. After I pull up to a parking area that has some open slots I press the button to activate the self parking feature. The display says check surroundings and shows a picture of my car, but that’s it if I move it still says check surroundings it never tells me to do anything else. Any ideas?

How comfortable is the S5? I got rid of my ATS 3.6 coupe, which I loved its look, but it was killing my back. The seats were not comfortable for commuting.

After your video, I bought a 2024 Audi S5 Premium last month to the day. Different budgets. Ended up 44.3k after audicare & tire/wheel warranty. Though, I'm only a construction inspector, maybe 72-78k per year. Cosigned with wife. Interest rate higher at 11.48% but 12k down. Monthly 860. Little older than you. Looking forward to finishing my computer science degree and seeing how.life pans out.

Random question - have you ever had issues with the windows sticking or not lowering to open/close the door? I'm a little worried about this as my current, old vehicle has a window that sticks and I know the S5 relies on the windows popping down and back up with each door open/close.

I have a few things to say. 1. I bought a 2024 S5 Sportback in March and watching your videos was a very key part of my research. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your videos. 2. Go on Tirerack, you will see a set of 20" street tires that will fit your car ranging from $1,037 to $2,156. 3. I am SO GLAD I took your advice and purchased the wheel/tire package with my car. These 30 profile 20" tires are sensitive to potholes. I had two replacements within 400 miles of each other. I suggest following the tire pressures listed in the car manual, and not the ones listed on the drive's B pillar. 4. Last point, I suggest doing a video highlights the features of the laser lights package that comes with the Prestige package.

Take it to an indy shop, or at least get a quote for the brakes. My indy shop quoted me $2.1k for brakes. Dealer was over $3k for front and rear. This was for a BMW. Also careful of showing speed on UA-cam lol

Don’t pay $5k for brakes at a dealer!!! Find a good garage and get the same job done for under $1000 with Audi parts.

$2700 for tires at the dealership is absolute highway robbery. No shot you'd pay more than 2k for decent Michelins at discount tire or costco. I could see why people want to get dealership service, but man tires are absolutely not something to get there lol

I used this feature once in mine and decided that it wasn't worth the trouble or worry. Was a nail-biting moment! :D

The Audi Dealership that I use for my 2022 S5 Said that if I wanted to Change My Oil at 13K miles that They would count it as the 20K Mileage Change, in fact they would not do it under my service plan until I reached the 20K mark. So, I had to Pay about $370.00 to Change the oil before the Scheduled Change

How much was the service if you don’t mind me asking. Trying to get an idea about the service intervals for the s5 and how much to expect.

funny, I have been waiting for my S5 for quite some time now(6months).. Just recently I received a call from Audi that they are facing some issues to build my custom order.. So we chatted a little and next day I visited them, placed an order for Q8(and I'm not SUV guy) :) Today hearing that you like it and considering it as your next just made me smile :)

As far as Mass Production Cars Go, The Audi S5 Sport Back & The RS5 are The Best Looking Automobiles on The Road as Far as I am Concerned!!!! Although, There are some Other Cars That could be Considered as Nice! The 2016 or 2015 Model BMW i8 or is it the i9 is a Real Head Turner! Electric. Plus Audi has the Best Looking Line Up of Cars anywhere! Like anything Objective is concerned, Beauty is in the Mind of The Beholder!
