You mention 3D editing several times. Im not sure what you're referring to. Making 3D scope videos or working in a 3D compositing environment? As far as motion graphics goes, After Effects is king. As for VFX, compositing, roto scoping and so on, After Effects is no match for Fusion. Fusion is simply superior. It is a true 3D compositor and After Effects is a 2.5D compositor. While Fusion is hardly used in the film industry because Nuke is the industry standard, it has still been used in the padt for major Hollywood productions. After Effects is only used for smaller jobs, like HUD displays and other 2D effects on 3D surfaces. As for features in Resolve vs Premiere Pro, there's not the difference, you're trying to make a point of. In fact, I would call DR more feature rich, than Premiere Pro. And im not even talking about DR vs PP, but DR vs the entire Adobe video suite (PP, AE, Audition).

see i face this issue, i have been using davinci for about 2-3 months now and i don't have a dedicated graphics card so it freezes and runs laggingly(davinci being more gpu oriented) and hearing that premiere pro is cpu oriented i am thinking to switch since i have a good enough cpu(i5 10th gen, not good but still better than no gpu right?). what do you suggest?

Wrong! The Avid/1 Media Composer was introduced at NAB 1989. Not in 1996 as you state in this video.

You are comparing the entire adobe suite against DaVinci Resolve. Smh. Just compare the standalone program like the title says.

En mi experiencia personal siento que da Vinci resolve se puede editar más rápido que Adobe premiere en Adobe premiere con mi computadora que tiene 32 gigas de ram es una i9 de onceava generación y tarjeta gráfica 3080 de 8 GB no me procesa muy bien algunos componentes y me termina cerrando el programa o me dice premiere se ha cerrado inesperadamente en davinci Resort en 4 meses que lo voy usando solo se me ha colgado dos veces nada más Y eso ha sido porque no he dejado guardando y bajado la tapa de mi laptop y nada más por esa situación cuando la vuelvo abrir Se me hace raro pero en davinci resolve no he tenido ese problema a lo menos en la versión estudio se hace mucho más rápido y no se cuelga Eso es lo que me gusta de esa versión pero creo que si alguien ya está acostumbrado a premiere Pro debería de quedarse allí los que queremos aprender más pues ya nos pasamos para davinci resolve porque el sistema de nodos Simplemente te vuela la cabeza pero es muy emocionante poder aprender aunque solamente hablo en español Siempre veo tutoriales en inglés porque son muy buenos

I got free davinci and all creative cloud apps. Idk which one to use for a complete beginner.

This is not a biased video but simply a lack of equal expertise on both platform. You are not familiar with DaVinci, that's how I see your review. I mostly disagree on most of your analysis. Thumbs down.

Very good video, nice edits and excellent structure! Nice job But a little constructive critique, maybe use some more enthusiasm in your voice for next time, it would make the video more intriguing and attention grabbing.

Is this robotic voice?

I have Davinci on my PC and Premier Pro on my iMac. I prefer Davinci because fairlight audio editor is fully integrated and the node based fusion compositor is integrated as well. You have to buy a separate subscription for Adobe after effects. And it becomes unmanageable when your layer count gets to high. So for me Davinci resolve is The better value.
