As a diehard RedSkin I come back here from time to time, my favorite play of my era man oh man could never forget that 2012 season and the ride it was most fun I had as a fan ! Will always remember RG3 . Play stands out because it seemed like a typical Redskin late Game situation we would somehow find a way to blow the Game , I’ll be hurt u until atleast Thursday of the next week . RG3! Saved day HTTR!! They could NEVER get me with that COMMANDERS mess. Just hold out hope I’ll see my boys Come back one day make my Sundays like they use to be . HTTR! 4 Eva

As a lifelong Redskins fan born in 1990, this was the single greatest moment I've ever witnessed. Just a beautiful play. Never been more hyped for a player than RGIII rookie season

I remember this play so vividly because it’s when I first started playing fantasy football. My opponent’s QB was RG3 and I just needed him not to score a TD on this drive to win, and then this happened 😂

This was a special time to be a fan. We were so excited 🥹

If he never got hurt and had a competent head coach this guy would be regarded as one of the greatest and have won super bowls, mvps, etc... Regardless of what you say about him in present day or his actions.

Three potential Hall of Famers on that Vikings defense and RG III ran right through them. 1) Jared Allen 2) Kevin Williams 3) Harrison Smith. The Vikings had a very good defense back then and RG III made it look easy.

This was the first ever Professional football Game I’ve ever been too and this play sticks in my mind still nearly 10 years later
