ATV Snowblower belt replacement, How to
Переглядів 2,4 тис.3 роки тому
How to replace the belts on an ATV snowblower. Not the best video, I'll get better! Hopefully it helps you get the job done by yourself. If so, please hit the thumbs up.
Well, just did all of this and still not cleaning. Seems not pulling in enough water, so now I'm going to watch inlet pump videos.
Really annoying this model doesn’t have a normal, easy to access filter. We have standing water in ours, do you think this will help that as well?
Truth
Excellent video thank you
Thanks for sharing. Still wondering how to take the spin nozzels off the top and middle racks to soak in vinegar.
Mine has plastic clips , pry them open just a little ( gently )and push hard
What if we did all that and it's still not cleaning on the middle and top racks?
Then most likely your wash motor is weak(circulation motor)and would need to be replaced. The other thing to check is make sure the spray arm holes are clear and not filled with debris.. sometimes you'll see stuff stuck inside some of the holes which will make for poor water pressure on the dishes.
Thanks man I ignored that there is a filter there beneath the pump wheel.
I had to do this cleaning process every 3 months and got tired of it so I drilled bigger holes in the stainless steel mesh filter and since I've done this I haven't had to clean it again. About 1 year ago.
Hey I have a few questions I have one that’s pretty much the exact same as yours. Belts keep breaking and the belt wheels don’t seem to be in line and I don’t know how to fix that
Anyone know the belt number??
Thanks for the video
I think there is a reason berco doesn't use this design on the new models
Thanks for the video Just wondering. What kind of chain did you use? And what kind of shackle or you use to hook the chain to the jack? Cheers
Thank you for the comment, I really didn't use anything special, I used a chain I already had, about 2 feet long 1/4 inch chain and a standard hook. Hope this help.
Thank you so much for posting this video! I have a Bercomac 1999 unit that I wasn't sure how to go about changing my belts. Mine is slightly different but pretty much the same.
Thanks for the video. I am doing mine hopefully tomorrow and did a quick search hoping there was a video online showing how to do it. : )
I am glad it helped! I couldn’t find a video on how to do it so I made my own
