Kingdom Hearts Tribute AMV | Friendship Through the Ages
This video contains MAJOR SPOILERS for EVERY KINGDOM HEARTS GAME EVER!!! Except Missing Link lol
So I was listening to some MLP music, as one does because it has a pretty great soundtrack, and this song was always one of my favorites as a kid, so I decided to give it a listen again... and proceeded to daydream for a full 30 minutes
Kingdom Hearts is a recent hyperfixation of mine, and I’ve been wanting to make something for it for years. Today, while listening to this song, I had a burst of creativity and decided to do something about it. I had no plans today anyway, so why not dedicate the entire day to downloading footage online for this thing? Except the Union X content, I just used the app's theater mode for that (isn't my Keykid adorable?)
I’D LIKE TO FORMALLY APOLOGIZE FOR NOT HAVING ANY STRELITZIA, REPLIKU, OR YOZORA CONTENT IN THIS TRIBUTE. Believe me, I tried, but I wanted to include some Missing Link stuff so I had to leave them out. Just know that Strelitzia is my GORL and once KH4 comes out you just know she’s probably maybe getting a tribute video idk we’ll see-
There’s a Kairi tribute video I’ve been wanting to make for a while actually so I hope I get around to it at some point lol
This song fits KH perfectly btw since it’s all about bonds of friendship and stuff. I saved so many clips off the internet for this and didn’t even use like 30% of them which is a shame. However, I’m quite proud of how this turned out. Broke my phone to make it though, I should really just delete iMovie and use Premiere Pro full time at this point, but my computer captures really laggy footage for some reason

I made this for my brother. He’s played both Persona 3 and Kid Icarus Uprising but I’ve only seen a letsplay of the latter and listened to his rants about the former 😛 UA-cam kind of messed up the video quality, but it was already bad anyway since I made it in iMovie lol

@LucyGrubb-d5t I try to compile every edit I see, with exceptions such as MAPs, WIPs, and full-length music videos which I tend to leave out. So far the longest clip has been 2 minutes and the shortest 6 seconds. I won’t do anything shorter or longer :3
