She was even part of the Suicide Squad and was never intimidated by Amanda Waller. If you've read Gail Simone's run, you'll understand why. Phantom Stranger: Perfect in every way. He's not bound to Order or Chaos like other wizards. Mera: She's more Namor than Aquaman. Mr. Terrific: The smartest sane man in the world. Swamp Thing: Literally the Earth itself. Connected to The Green. Rip Hunter, the Time Master. Batman has a childish black and white morality (he even took the Joker to the hospital when the clown was stabbed by Onomatopoeia), Lex Luthor is a narcissistic madman with a pathetic obsession with killing Superman (read the "52" event where a year without the Man of Steel, Lex becomes meaner and more annoying than ever). Hippolyta doesn't give a damn about the world of men and Themyscira would still survive even with the planet destroyed. If it's not about his country, Black Adam will smash your face in. Vandal Savage just wants to conquer the world, and Ra's al Ghul wants to wipe out humanity to save the Earth. Involving people from New Genesis would attract Darkseid. And the Guardians of Oa, in Likara's words, are a bunch of useless self-righteous whiners. Amanda Waller will stab you in the back.

Absolutely great picks if you want to add a green lantern to the team make it Alan Scott and Nubia should definitely be on the team as she needs more attention in DC. I think DC's illuminati should be called the Watchmen as they watch over the multiverse for threats and Watchmen is already part of the DC brand so it won't be copyright , if there can be alternative versions of the justice league you can have an alternative version of the Watchmen. The Watchmen should be lead by the Monitor and Mr Terrific.

The Flame sounds a bit too generic, especially since the Human Torch came out around the same time (the original Human Torch) so that name is pretty basic. Maybe now they could make his name sound cooler like The Blue Flame. Superhero names from the 40s, not all of them would work in the 2020s.

The reason for cops in the 40s doing vigilante shit was mobsters at the time would get off. Also criminals hid their faces so cops would wear masks too hoping to fight fire with fire. Ironically it started the whole masked detective phase.

I have a lot of Wolverton reprints of Spacehawk Powerhouse Pepper and science fiction stories. I think his art was ahead of it's time and would not be surprised if his style inspired Robert Crumb to draw in a similar fashion.

I invented a superhero Sixfinger Man, due to radiation or whatever he has two extra fingers instead of thumbs.

So many Golden Age comic book publishers went out of business at the same time because they were all using the same printers. When these printers went out of business, they took these comic book publishers down with them.

As a non professional "cartoonist" I spent all the video reimagining this characters in a modern way :D

Actually the ones you say were inspired by Batman most of them came out before Batman. From what I read that there was a little short period where it was getting a popular niche to create a superhero that became the boogey man to the boogeymen. In other words just like criminals strike fear in people; this type of superhero would strike fear in criminals. The theme was to have a dark type, spooky, and scary hero that was actually on the good side. If animal was used to name then spooky animals such as bats and spiders were popular to use. Batman wasn't the first; he was just the one that lasted and became the most popular of that theme. Spawn is a good example of that theme that is actually unique and not with the bat theme.

Clark Kent shouldn't be changed. You are right if they really want a black Superman fine but use characters who are existing that fit the bill rather than race swapping characters for virtue signally. This type of story telling is just pandering. If they really want to showcase black characters the Supermen you mentioned are cool and could be explored.

Batman himself was inspired by Zorro... the Shadow..... and..... The Ghost Who Walks.... The Phantom. ;)

Cape could be used as a net to catch falling people or to wrap up criminals but is seldom used that way. Batman operating a whirly bat (which some call flying toilet) with propeller blades blowing it makes no sense. A Batman foe also got his cape sucked into a fan, which blow one way and pull in the other. Would need to keep cape away from spinning machines like printing press rollers also If operating a machine with moving parts avoid a cape or tie when working near those parts. Logical reason printers and mechanics don't wear ties.

King Kong you’d have to be REALLY careful with, as the movie version isn’t public domain, only the version from the novelization of the movie…

Fun fact: Because the copyrights for their early comics haven’t been renewed, Captain Marvel (aka Shazam) and Plastic Man are technically public domain, as are early incarnations of the Blue Beetle! They are still trademarked though, so even if you can include Plastic Man in your comic, for instance, you cannot name your comic “Plastic Man”. IIRC you can still call him Plastic Man within the comic, however.
