Old flame gonna be the best new band of 2024 go Johnny Craig
Love your stuff, Johnny.
When I had morphine, it made my head spin for about 20 seconds. Then, it was just patiently waiting for relief. After about 10 minutes, I realized I hadn't felt any pain in the last 5 minutes. No special euphoria, seeing sounds or hearing colors, etc. I have no desire to have more. Got oxycodene for pain after surgery recently. Took it for 2 days and then switched to tylenol. I don't think I'll ever understand it, but I empathize.
Julie is adorable, so humble. Adam and Neil are great hosts, I don´t understand why this episode has barely 560 views... like it!!

I love seeing my favorite artists get sober❤
As a current opiate user that wants to quit, but can’t figure out where to start, this makes me sad
I struggle with heroin, meth, and fentanyl for years I'm grateful to say I'm coming up on a year and 2 months on the 15 of this month 🙌
Dude, the frankness and honesty Jonny is putting out there, gotta be applauded. There's been so much bad and I just hope that Jonny can keep sober and keep moving forward.
Still owes me $250 for that MacBook that never showed up. Sent him an extra $50 to put music on it too
That’s crazy I knew of jonny when he toured with farewell unknown! (Cause I lived in WA state but I am from California) that’s how i actually got into dgd😂 I was like “dude has amazing vocals holy shit” then next thing you know they were all dgd besides Joel 😂
I have to say - the interviewer is a very good interviewer. The questions were well thought our and planned, and the interaction felt pretty natural and dynamic. Commenting, liking and subscribing for the algorithm. Definitely deserved.
No one knows there gonna be a addict instantly, you do it once and then again , then you notice your wanting it buying it weekly then you want it daily and then when you stop you get sick and find out when you do it you feel better keep doing it and that’s how addiction happens
Childhood hero
Nothing about the sexual assault allegations?
He loooks like kiss band member
Spinal/nerve damage took my ability to walk for the foreseeable future, and I’m being put on oxy to combat extreme pain before I can start pt. I’m fucking scared tbh. I beat a Xanax addiction 7 years ago, I’m still addicted to cigs, I’m just not familiar with this drug or its power, I’ve only heard stories. All bad endings. Been listening to Jonny since I was 13, that was a long time ago now, saw his whole life unfold multiple times from drugs. I just need to keep my shit together and use the lessons in everything I’ve seen. I’m phobic to needles but have taken everything the docs will give me to help bring my body back to normal and asked for at-home exercises, there’s nothing for nerve damage but time, pt or surgery. I just want to walk again. At least I’ve got music.
R.I.P. his dog...
Shout out Underminded
thanks, very interesting!
As someone who’s had 7 major surgeries, what he’s saying is true. I remember morphine for the first time at 17, best feeling ever. Then i was hit with percs and Vicodin. Other surgeries i was given fetynal, diluden. I don’t have an addictive personality like he does, but i can understand why the opioid crisis is as bad as it is.
There is nothing….. NOTHING like some Jonny vocals!!!!
I appreciated him Craig doing the A Skylit Drive memory of Jordan Blake.
Jonny Craig! Thanks for sharing and you should be proud of making positive change!
Dude you are always supplying phenomenal content! Always learning and absorbing from you guys!
13:30 I met Jason during CG at Elks in “Pocy” (trying to be somewhat anon haha) forever ago as a teen. Bugged him while he was trying to load gear out like an oblivious idiot, and he still came out and said what’s up for me. Dude was my Petrucci a decade ago and that shit rocked, top 3 shows all time for me. Jason, you’re sick, thanks lol. Adam this was great, used to follow you on IG back when I had it haha, cool to see this. I’ll check out more!
The first time I heard Morgan on 107.5FM I was like...who is this guy? He's entertaining and a real pleasure to listen to. I was genuinely sad when they took emo nights off the air.😢
I'm glad he's doing better, Downtown Battle Mountain was a life defining album for me. Completely changed how I listened to music. His voice is out of this world. It sucks he went through so much bullshit, most of it self inflicted. But I'm glad he's doing well and staying clean.
😂 I can't listen to Sully without laughing ...He's an amazing guy who is a dear dear friend and an amazing boss
hi, do you know how i could reach out to him or someone that could help ? i would like to talk about how to get into the security work as a non american citizen :)
He has a remarkable memory as well. Great person!
This is so awesome to hear. Especially since I feel back into a whole. I need to climb out again. But just seeing you do it really encourages me, I know I will be alright.
i feel like im alot like johnny craig..very similar..is he a gemini? i am.
No, Aries. I wouldn't be surprised if maybe he had some Gemini in his chart though.
@@rnbsteenstar oh ok gotcha yeah very similar traits
I remember back In day as a teenager when Jonny was gaining fame within the scene. All the rumors were he was a scumbag but know as an adult it’s a lot easier to understand more what people have gone through.
I took lessons from Brian Setzer at Eric's house in Los Feliz. Brian was temporarily living there. The Stray Cats had been massive and Brian was such a nice guy, I went once a week while he wasn't on tour. Thanks Eric for letting a kid learn guitar in your nice home by the Greek. Incredible time.
Man I wish I could see his dance moves more
Lol Jonny capping. He parties and loves to get high. He wasn't some accidental opiate addict
Vinny!!!! Whoo my Pa. boys!!!!!!!!
You mention Brittany a lot in the podcast. Who is Brittany? Just curious.
He handled this very well, happy to see him, get his story off his chest and put it behind ❤
What bus company moose is working for . I would like to apply
I love jonny !!! No matter what!!!
My girl got a tooth removed and got codeine syrup and I took it and drank it all. But as garbage as that was that was the end for me.
I’ve never seen Jonny like this! So fucking awesome
Been driving dumptrucks for a few years but hv a class a cdl , anyone know of an entry level bus company i could look into thanks 😊Cheers from Texas
Neil is everything but a podcast host
