I few years back I purchased the complete tv series on dvd (separately). But it’s been really hard to find the movies at a decent price. The dvd of patlabor 2 is $40, the blu-ray more than double that. The movies are so good, wish they were more readily available 😭

What does a "Patlabor" even mean? Why not "Putplanet"?

As a 5 years old little boy, I was blown away by the opening in 1992. I didn't understand what the whole movie was trying to convey, but I just watched it whole with my uncle. It was until I watched it again recently I realized what it meant, damn wasn't that deep... and now I appreciate the music even more.
