Sir what if spouse is in the Terr4 part time job due to study permit. Spouse will file for the PGWP in 15th Jan, and my SOWP is expiring in the 15th April, 2025. I am currently in india. Can i apply for sowp alogn with my spouse while i am in an india. with her TEER 4 job and 3 paystubs.

Hi, I got my ppr request on 28th of December and my course starts 6th of January. I talked to my college and they allowed me to come to Canada latest by 13th of Jan. Considering the 15-20 days processing time for Visa stamping, I may not make it as per college timeline. The course in not eligible for pgwp after 1st Nov. My question: Will I get PGWP for 1 year if I defer my admission to September as I already have applied visa before Nov 1st?

However, my original program got canceled, and I’ve switched to a different program that isn’t listed under the eligible fields for the PGWP. i got an admission for a one year program that started May 2024 but i deferred till september 2024 and have started already which will end April 2025 but my study permit will expire march 2025 which is a month to the completion of my program. can i still apply for study permit extension knowing that IRCC indicated that one can not be out of status for 30 days before the expiration of one's permit?

My program started in September 2023, but now, following the new rules, my program is not eligible for PGWP. I won't apply for a study permit extension, as I have plenty of time to finish. However, I will send my study permit to get amended (add working conditions). I would say, Canada benefited a lot from the students, from those who spent their money on studies and investment in other forms than studies purchasing or rolling money inside Canada benefited the Canadian economy. Nonetheless, from those who came here on tricking the legal authorities, or not respecting the Canadian law. I would say both way everyone needs to understand to maintain balance.

I am currently enrolled into the same program and i am still outside of Canada and planning to return in January 2025 as i am enrolled.
