"Recipes alone don't have soul. It's you, the chef, who must add soul to your cooking"
🍳My name is Romik Arsenian, and on this channel, I share all my experiences in the art of cooking.
My videos are around two minutes long, allowing you to get the recipe you want in the shortest possible time.
🎬While making videos, I record high-quality cooking sounds so you can enjoy the pleasure of cooking just like I do.
🥖I record sounds such as chopping onions and vegetables, slicing bread, pouring water into dishes, the sizzle of ingredients cooking, and the sizzle of meat searing. Additionally, I provide clear and detailed close-up shots of the cooking process.

Parmesan is not vegetarian, just an FYI to anyone looking for vegetarian recipes 😊
Thanks for pointing that out! You're absolutely right-traditional Parmesan uses animal rennet, so it's not vegetarian. For anyone following a vegetarian diet, they can substitute it with a vegetarian-friendly Parmesan or nutritional yeast. Appreciate your feedback!

It didnt curdle after 5gr of ca cl in a 5l of soy milk.............
What should i do ?waste of time and money 😢
I used citric acid,ca cl, lemon, and nothing curdle the soy milk !!!!!why please helppp😢😢😢😢😢
I’m very sorry for you. This process takes a lot of time. You need to maintain the right temperature of the soy milk to allow curdling to occur. Additionally, adding calcium slowly is also very important.
