How To Be More Disciplined
In this video, I talk about how to be more disciplined using 3 simple steps I came up with: The QMA method
Let me know in the comments down below what helps you stay disciplined, I’d love to hear about it!
Also, I say “you” a lot in the video to make it feel like more of a concertation. I 100% also struggle to stay disciplined at times. So we’re on the same boat, but we’re aiming up and that’s what matters💪
A quote to leave you with: Forcing oneself to do the thing, might lead to short term success; whereas, learning to negotiate with oneself, guarantees longevity.

Great steps bro, especially about the assessing part, I found that a good way of filtering out what I like and don't like in terms of work through my billion internships. Now time to assess whether I want to keep watching your videos 😂
@@kareemhamda7317 ahaahhha your comments always kill me man. Really glad you enjoyed it☺️

I'm French and I came across your video by chance and it really helped me to become more disciplined, thank you so much!! Do you have other social networks on which we can follow and support your work ?
@@khalil2789 thank you for your kind words and I’m so glad to have you on the channel!! I don’t have any other social networks, but if you have freinds or family you think might be interested in the content, it would be lovely if you could share it with them. Really appreciate your comment😁
Fantasizing about all of the adoration you'll receive once you do the thing isn't doing the thing. Making a to-do list for the thing isn't doing the thing. The only thing that is doing the thing is doing the thing. Love that quote boss, big ups, fire video 💯🔥!

Minimizing the gap is a game changer. Well said. 👏🏼👏🏼

This is a valuable video g. I resonate with the power of attention and of encouragement. As a leader, one of the key skills I've had to focus on developing is the ability to draw out the best in people-often through guidance and encouragement. It goes hand in hand with the power of attention because giving someone your undivided attention is an act of care as well .
Really appreciate the kind words my friend. "The ability to draw the best in people", I absolutely love that. Thank you for sharing that, definitely something to think about it
Insightful video Omar, wishing you all the best with all your endeavours!
@@MohamedGafar-g1l really appreciate the kind words my friend and same to you🙏🏼
Absolutely, man. I spent 10 years learning English but didn’t really know how to use it properly. I only became proficient once I actually went out into the real world and started practicing. I stopped relying on listening or doing things in Czech and fully immersed myself in the language. The only way to truly become proficient is by using it.
That's exactly it man, a big part of it is that mental game of accepting the discomfort of making mistakes and just immersing yourself in the language. Thank you for sharing :)
Omar you are him
Hahahaha really appreciate the support my freind🙏🏼
I can’t think of anyone that explained a good language learning strategy better than you did

I feel like what really helps also is being present and trying to be in a flow state whenever your doing something(work, working out, learning French and Spanish and making UA-cam videos 🙄), and most of ur day ur doing one of these things, hence leaving little room and time for overthinking

Really good tips and points. Sadly I've been "trying" to learn French for about 7 years now but I've had such a huge mental block even staying motivated. Realized only recently its because my native speaking wife (soon to be ex) would make me feel bad every time I tried to speak. Needless to say that sort of negativity around doing anything doesn't help and you need to distance yourself and/or ignore such people.
@@jmd1980 im glad you enjoyed the video. I’m sorry to hear that and I wish you all the best🙏🏼
In France, they say, "Trop de choix tue le choix!" 😁
@@AmberMany hahahahaha J’aime trop, je vais commencer de l’utiliser

This is an amazing video I'm currently learning Spanish and this is much better than other teachers are preaching straight to the point and what really works and it's important subscribed !
@@norodzubara8888 that’s amazing that you’re learning Spanish, best of luck with the journey my friend. Really appreciate the kind words and support🙏🏼
For me personally, I deal with overthinking using this protocol. Whenever I am overcome with some negative thought, first I realise the same. Then, I detach myself from my physical body and analyse the situation. I seek the answers to why I am overthinking, would it actually be good if I continue overthinking (in some cases it might be), and how I am going to stop. I am a believer that whenever we are overcome by, say a negative emotion, we must analyse ourselves in a third person perspective and take action. PS : You have a very good presentation style and your flow of information is smooth. It was a good experience watching this video. All the very best to your channel.
@blanc6174 “I detach myself from my physical body and analyze the situation”, I absolutely love this and it’s amazing that you have a level of awareness that allows you to do this. I also really like that you said that it is sometimes okay to continue overthinking because there are still some things to address. Really appreciate your insights and kind words! Amazing to have you on the channel☺️🙏🏼

“Build the courage to make new mistakes “ Wow
This quote helps me get through so many new experiences and challenges :)))
The best youtuber, you are lucky with knowing of Arabic, the hardest and beautiful language too.
Really appreciate the kind words my friend :)
That looks like a great method! Thanks. I've learnt languages before but learning a new one completely on my own is challenging. The only problem I see is that for French, for example there are tons of content, but I can't find kids content in Arabic and the Egyptian dialect, while I only understand a few words here and there from adult content. بس أنا من إسبانيا وأنت بتتكلام الإسبانية كويس أوي
That's amazing that you are learning Egyptian, it is quiet tough to find kids content specifically in the Egyptian dialect but the better you get the more the adult content will be easier to follow for sure. Best of luck with it and really glad you enjoyed the video!!!
Super inspirational deeb! My guy at look at this video remind myself so far this advise has been awesome towards myself 💯💯

That’s so interesting, will definitely consider this method!!!
Really glad you found it interesting!!
Didn't understand the 2nd point really. How Newton's 3rd law is applied?
@@TheVirtualArena24 really glad you asked. So Newton’s third law says that for every action, there is an equal but opposite (opposite in direction) right reaction. Now if I fight with my mind and try to control it, in an unhealthy way (i.e. force certain emotions to go away without listening to them) then my mind will fight back with me in the same way I’m treating it. However, if I decide to negotiate with my mind, so for example listen to what my emotions and feelings are saying (And when I say listening to them that doesn’t mean acting on them.). Then my mind will also listen to me. This is how Newton’s third law is applied. Once that concept is understood, then I can start to negotiate with my mind and get that inner peace that we all want. Really hope this helped and please let me know if you have any other questions :)
@@TheDeebossWay ahh got it. That's a great technique I'll try it thanks
Top top video, although I thought I was finished with this Newton guy after high school 😂
Hahahahahahahaha genuinely same here. Looks like Newton’s not going anywhere for a while….
Suuuuper like 👍👍 love the way you explained it I believe the “negotiate” step is the Hardest
I completely agree about the difficulty of the negotiating. But the more we get to know that friend living in our minds, the more familiar it gets. Really glad you enjoyed it☺️
