I know this is an old video, but for anyone who this would help, if you go to your ProgramData folder in your C drive, there should be a folder called "UTAU Plugin" with a file called engine.ini inside another folder where you can edit which resamplers to choose from! Some combinations don't work depending on what you have your Tool1 & Tool2 set as in your project settings, tho I found it really helpful to be able to customize it!

this is super old and i have no idea if anyone will see this-- but i have somehow rendered my model4 resampler useless using this wrapper. it wont play, it wont let me restore to a previous version, and i've been stuck trying to undo it for months now! if anybody could please elaborate on how to restore to its original version i would really really REALLY appreciate it! i miss having model4!!

Hello! Can I ask if I'm doing something incorrectly? The only way it works is by rendering the whole thing. If I try to render a part of a song in the middle and play it with the music, it starts to play music from the beginning and renders my highlighted part. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you!
