I have a pair for the T 72, haven't tested them yet, but I think they'll do alright For the KT, I use the stainless steel ones from DKLM, they're incredible, even squeak and sag like the real ones

Its pretty scale. All the tanks are never actually 1:1 scale except for armortek. But ya I like the Bradley I getting this one. looks like China RC tank companies are starting to make better products and a heaps away from the old henglong days.. 😂😂. Kudos to them.

If "making models do things they were never meant to do" is your tagline, then you're missing out on the challenge of model ships. You can't make a plastic model car drive without major modifications and a plastic model airplane will never fly because they are too heavy, but a motorized conversion of a model ship only needs a motor for the kit prop (prop shaft and batteries) and it will free sail by itself. R/C conversion only adds a transmitter/receiver, an electronic speed control and a servo for the rudder.

Where can you purchase the 1/16 scale Megatron conversion kit for the Heng Long Challenger II rc tank?

I don’t know how to do it, but I was thinking about the old shooting gallery at the state fair and how you’d shoot an ir receiver and a pneumatic pump or something would trigger something fun. I was wondering if you could make an interactive diorama the same way. Like a small, wrecked village with AT positions and what not and you’d shoot them and then a little air mortar would blast out a bunch of flour and tiny foam bricks to make a scale explosion. Would be cool. Don’t know how to make it.

Would be so cool to have a walla track of muffled chatter like you’re hearing the tank crew bullshitting from the outside.

I wish the bushmaster fired slower on this model. Instead of a tikatikatika it’s more of a poom.poom.poom. The sound and cadence of it currently is more like the coax.

The only other thing I would say is that when you have painted your crew kit etc you should give them a coat of Tamiya ‘ flat’ varnish it’s brilliant - sorry no it’s anything but brilliant it’s flat!

If you read the instructions you will find how to adjust the volume, the button with the V is basically the on off button for the sound. It’s completely different from the older versions. Worth studying the instructions as you will find other control features you didn’t know you had. Having said all that, I have no idea what the tank is using for a it’s main control board, the fact that it’s using what looks like the standard HL series 6 transmitter would be an indication that it’s using the same 6 series board, it would be nice to know.

Asking for help... can you tell me exact what size hex wrench needed to remove road wheels? Are they standard or metric? I tried removing them but was afraid to strip those screws as they are very tight; I am trying to use a metric wrench with difficulty. Please advise.
