Why not get the upgraded kit with DMF? Yes more expensive but won’t have the added NVS
At the time this video was made that was not an option unfortunately.
@@OstarMotorsportsany recommendations for an aftermarket clutch with DMF that’s available today? I just fried mine
From what I have seen there is nothing out there yet that would provide better performance than the Clutch Masters unit we used on this video. Send me an email and I will put together a price for you on clutch and flywheel is you're interested. Fernando@ostarmotorsports.com

we ended up going with an Apex Turbo 7275
You should run methanol. Then you don't have to worry about air inlet temps at all
Thanks for sharing. We already run a methanol injection kit. They work great for lowering air temps.

Can you share more on the anti-surge setup? Where is the frp located, how did you set up the lines, and how are you controlling the pumps? Asking because im having a hard time on mine to set up everything clean and correct. Thanks, great build btw..
The anti surge is basically the STD cover for the new 6466 Next Gen turbo from Precision. If you are referring to the Surge Tank setup; we installed the tank in the trunk of the car. The intank pump supplies the surge tank (surge tank has 3 pumps). The pumps in the tank are triggered via boost reference using a hobbs switch. If you need help we can supply a kit for you.

M3 or RS3
I am attempting to change the front brake pads on my 2020 SQ5 but can't slide the pads into place without putting in the anti-rattle clips. Everyone online seems to slide them in so easily. What could I be doing wrong?
Should be pretty straight forward. Normally you remove the old ones and you should be able to slide the new ones in place. You might have to decompress the pistons to allow more space for you to work with.
TTRS. No such thing as TTRS3
Usually when going to a full frame turbo the exhaust note pitch is higher. I'm curious to know what the exhaust manifold, mid pipes and exhaust system setup is on this vehicle which allows it to retain a very throaty exhaust note?
Exhaust manifold and mid pipe section is from the JDY Turbo kit we installed. The exhaust is all OEM Audi.

Its a chassis dyno. It reads horsepower to the wheels, not to the crank. For crank numbers you would need to use an engine dyno.
Yeah, hmm. It's a roller dyno. Not a hub/chassis dyno. Also, it can convert to engine horsepower (BHP) easily enough. Not sure on these values being all-wheel-horsepower. But anyway, it's an impressive engine and turbo setup. And DS1 is awesome with flex-fuel.
@@RichLion the hub and chassis dyno are two different types of dynamometers, but I understand your point. At the end of the day the dyno is a tool to ensure the engine is dialed in as close to real world as possible. Usually the track mph will be the ultimate test of what power it makes. Mph doesnt lie 😉.

How is reliability on stage 2 tune
Great question. The tune is somewhat conservative. Personally our shop G80 had at least 60 1/4 mile runs before we decided to upgrade, so I’d say it passed the reliability test.
What’s the offset choice for the rear ? 40?
Rear offset on that set is 39. If you have any other questions or need a set feel free to call or email any time.

this kit does not use a bov.
Do you also change OEM torque to yield hardware and sensors ???
Great question. We always change the bolts that hold the caliper in place since they are torque to yield. The wear pad sensors are also commonly changed although they are not always damaged it is a cheap part that should be swapped while changing pads.
