2020 Mercedes-AMG GT R Pro - Los Angeles Auto Show
Here is a first look at the new 2020 Mercedes-AMG GT R Pro that was unveiled yesterday at the LA Auto show. The seats are very comfy but a little hard to get out of. Although it has the same 577-hp twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8, it is lighter.

This is from September 2017, the track was wet most of the morning but it cleared up a bit in the afternoon. First lap was a warmup and on the second one he went a little faster. We got up a little past 300km/h (186mph) on the straightaway. Special thanks to Robert Mitchell from APEX for the taxi lap and Misha Charoudin for setting it all up. Oh and Diana for walking me through the process.

I wanted to see what the Sony A7R II was capable of at night. So I took it around the streets of Santa Monica and put it under different conditions. I really liked the video of this camera over the Sony A6500. It autofocuses a lot faster when shooting video and does not suffer from the same rolling shutter issues that the A6500 has.

I wanted to see at what level to set my portable mic so I created this quick little sound test with a 2018 BMW M2 Coupe. The has a stock exhaust but will be getting an upgrade later. The car was already warmed up from a drive on PCH. Also, can you believe how quickly a black car attracts dust?

I finally got the right levels for my 3D audio recording. No clipping and the sound is clear! You must use headphones or earbuds to hear the difference. This is a pretty unique situation where there are Formula 1 cars driving by while a Eurofighter Typhoon completes a full demo behind me! I randomly got stuck behind the Michelin Supercar Paddock at the 2017 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Unfortunately, the extraordinary cars that you see at Goodwood put cars like the BMW i8 and Nissan GTR to shame. Some of the cars in this video are the Porsche GT3, Mercedes-Benz SLS Black series, Mercedes-Benz GTR and a Zonda in the background with popping noise. Enjoy!

2017 Goodwood Festival of Speed Made it up to the top of hill today. The rally stage goes through the forests of Goodwood. I didn't spend much there but I wish I could have. You can walk around the whole course through a dense english forest.

@@D4RkM4chine Music City Gran Prix in Nashville, first weekend of August! No Imsa unfortunately, but Trans Am, SRO GT, Indy NTT and Stadium Supertrucks are there, and you are right there 5 feet away from the action on the downtown course like you are here. It's an amazing time!

To me going to this race is mainly about the sound, especially during IMSA, just walking around, eating at Islands, and hearing the cars in the background is weirdly more fun than sitting and watching the cars themselves
