The cost is too high and cannot be reliably tracked through lifecycle management. A lot of large owners are interested in utilizing this technology, but lack proper long term planning and funding to make this a reality

This appears to be almost exclusively targeted towards Revit (Vertical) users. Are there any applications for this in the Civil environment (Horizontal geometry) - the likes of Civil 3D and the like? Or does Tandem only support Revit files? More often than not Horizontal Geometry gets left behind any advances in BIM.

As a client it sounds the way to go! For the facility managers: try to make the platform as easy accessible as possible. Integration into other FM systems would be great.
