Aussie Farm Butcher here - I would like to see you make a video on boning a leg and a forequarter - great presentation at the right pace.
You probably should've of said last rib last joint one more time - LoL
Why are you butchering my 4 th grade teacher??😧
Hi Joel can you do a video of breaking down lamb using basic hand tools that a beginner would use. I broke down my first sheep the other week and it wasn't pretty but still tasted good
Best video on the net
selam. çok teşekkür ederim size. harika bir içerik üreticisisiniz ve en güzel şekilde anlatmışsınız. başarılar dilerim
Excellent job. Thank you.
Excellent educational video! My.... such a relief seeing skilled craftsmanship in motion.... ...talking the talk clearly.... while walking the walk as other professionals might envy. 🤠👍
This has to be one of the most retarded ways I've ever seen a lamb broken down. You absolutely annihilated the shoulder and over complicated it. Also not every one has a bandsaw. Who takes the shoulder between the 3rd and 4th ribs aswell? Unreal.
Thank you so much for your great explanation!!
Joel’s videos are the best I’ve seen on butchery. I’ve been watching tons of butchery videos for the last few years on UA-cam. Very clear and precise, I hope you keep making more Joel. Thank you 🙏 Can I request some videos on breaking beef ?
Thank you sir
كل العمل بلمنشار الكهربائي وهادا ليس جيد للمبتدئين لكي يتعلمون
perfect teaching there i would like to see how to make it smaller again ..i have been cutting them up like a lamb and the chops end up far too big as i am just a chopper with a bandsaw and a knife and a farm
Super master ❤❤❤ super lamb❤❤❤❤❤
Why the use of the bandsaw for everything. The meat is full of bone dust which is not adding anything to the quality of the meat.
Better do a tutorial on how to do a butcher's knot.
I'd love to buy my own loin piece of meat just like you have there and cut it for my use and storage. How much does that size weigh and what be the cost approximately?
This has been a great tutorial. But you do need good, sharp knives. Got any recommendations?
Why doesn't lamb fat render e.i. kidney fat? How can you utilize it? And all the trimming in the bin? What happens to that. Dog food?
Is that a South African or a New Zealand accent? It's too cultured to be Australian. No worries 🙂
I came from an era where the sound of the bandsaw was the mark of a butcher's shop. Now. It's music of time long gone, to my ears. Sigh.
I’ve been a home butcher of everything on the farm, rabbit to beef and of wild 😜 fish to elk well over 40 years; you Sir are a joy to watch, knowledge of animal structure and beautifully clean carcasses (some hunters drag in and eat buckets of indistinguishables along with the mud the blood and the beer) have you cuts looking larapin as we say out west. Thank you for the tutorial, lamb is one of my favorites.
Thank you so much for such a detailed video! Looking forward to seeing more
Someone should send this to Ordinary Sausage!
I’m definitely not Australian but I’d give it a shot, those burgers look tasty
I'm surprised you still got all your fingers tbh
hey everyone this is my local butcher, the whole team are amazing and they even stock meals next door at the IGA ( great staff also ), get after them if your ever in Gippsland you will not be disappointed. Shop local and support local , Merry Chrissy
I like your style my guy!
😏 *Promosm*
Porchetta please!!
Would love to see salami, coppa, panchetta and porchetta made
Good video, very clear. Thanks.
Nice work! Nicely done video 😊
Love it! It's always nice to see how professionals have a go at it. I would like to see more in the future. I am an amateur home butcher, so I would love to see some entire butchery without the bandsaw 😊. Great video man!
A ‘traditional’ break down without a bandsaw is in the pipeline! Thanks for watching. Anything in particular you’d like me to highlight on??
@@joelthebutcher thank you Joel. I don't have a preference. At home we do some butchering, it's mostly self-taught and how I remember my grandfather doing it when I was little. So seeing an entire breakdown like this is always helping me with the learning process
Fantastic recipe Joel. Can’t wait to try.
Just watched you with Adam Liaw. You’re a natural 😊
Hey Joel, that is excellent forequarter butchery. Would be great to see and hear a detailed explanation/commentary of this clip. Cheers
Good Stuff Joel! Cant wait to grab a few!
