Fishing bobber DIY dual function snap on fixed/slip conversion hack
Переглядів 5302 роки тому
Convert most store bought bobbers into bottom snap on dual function fixed or slip floaters, this is a great convenient tackle hack idea making it easy to add or remove your floater from your line and giving your bait a more natural motion presentation with less floater position wandering allowing you to switch from a dual function floater to other rig setups.

      i am familiar with the small butane torches and had one long time ago but not sure where you getting co2 from? i don't think co2 is used in any of them as it is just an inert non flammable gas, not sure what you were asking with your last paragraph?

    Because you mentioned heat shrink I'm assuming you probably use that for wiring more than other things so if you're ever looking for a nice waterproof insulated connection cut a piece of hot glue Into Thin strips a little shorter than the length of heat shrinks you are using and put them with the wires inside of the heat shrink and as you heat it it melt penetrating all of the empty spaces waterproof and seal everything and squeeze the excess out the ends as it shrinks it's perfect for that

      thank you its a nice idea but i need the wires inside the tubing to be able to freely move because it's a folding design and really no need to water proof but its already water proof anyways specially if you use stainless steel wire

      fuse/melt copper and lead to get silver (try small piece)

    • @ARCSTREAMS
      @ARCSTREAMS 2 роки тому

      1:30 was burning or cutting the metal not fusing , fusing means to weld and i am not able to weld with propane gas because it creates oxidation porosity and the metal is very brittle and breaks apart easily, besides fusing does not change the metal into something else, idk where you are getting this from? and silver is not made from copper and lead ,silver like gold is pure metal not alloy nor can you create gold lol you watch too many movies

    • @kamelsamer5768
      @kamelsamer5768 2 роки тому

      @@ARCSTREAMS It's funny how you see it lol I can't say I blame you, I was thinking the same thing, it's hard to believe. And yes, fusing means to weld. Welding/fusing and fission atoms to change their properties or turn them into new elements is not a new concept, scientists have done it before, look up "synthesis of precious metals" and "lead to gold." Their argument is that it costs more to produce gold than it is worth (They never said it is impossible). Lowering the temperature is one method, electrolysis is another, and dissolving the metal in acid is yet another. Metal oxidation can be easily avoided or turned into other salts to lower the melting point (depends on the salt you used). In any case, if you decide to melt copper and lead, avoid breathing lead vapor (Also, ensure that the lead and copper are as pure as possible. ).

    • @ARCSTREAMS
      @ARCSTREAMS 2 роки тому

      @@kamelsamer5768 fission is not the same as fusion, fusion does not create new element(ie monoatomic like gold ) it may create alloy, as for lead to gold i dont think anyone achieved that yet nor have i ever heard of scientists or anyone actually creating gold even if it costs more than its worth they have not proved it possible to my knowledge but it is alchemist dream ,(lower temp,electrolysis,acid) explain how any of those methods you mentioned can create gold? as for welding with propane it is not possible even if you mean using flux when you say use salts because the oxidation is not just from the atmosphere it happens internally in the fusion with propane ,something to do with redux otherwise explain how to weld metal with my oxy/propane torch id love to know and finally why would i melt copper and lead? what will this do other than make a machinable grade of copper?

    • @kamelsamer5768
      @kamelsamer5768 2 роки тому

      @@ARCSTREAMS Fission is not the same as fusion, but fusion of two or more elements can result in atomic fission, which can shift the atom's position to the nearest stable element, transforming it into another or several elements (The outcome is affected by temperature, pressure, energy, and the elements used etc...) Hydrogen, for example, has the atomic number one and the symbol H, H+H = He (helium) + energy, helium has the atomic number two, so 1 + 1 = 2 + energy. I hope this clarifies things for you.

    OK YOU GOT ME HERE. Although im very impressed that bobber is best for big fish. Would be great for catfish but pan fish wont pull long against the resistance that big float has. i designed this with catfish in mind because i go night fishing for them but i had success using them on pan fish as well ,some pull it down some make it just lightly bob up n down still indicating a strike ,it might look too buoyant but it works well enough specially if you got the right weight on the line then there is little resistance and it is quite water tight,,have not had any problem after many uses, i have tweaked the design and so far so good ,thx for checking it out but have a look at the other vids ,even my last one shows the latest's designed bobber,,also instead of large kindergarden eggs you can find smaller one if you want less boyance and more sensitivity for smaller tackle but the main design and idea still applies

      yeah my dad did that too with his medical oxy generator ,seemed to work pretty well but very low psi and not very adjustable,, i use a 60cuf oxy cyl , btw i also made my own thermic lance rig which i also use the oxy cyl for ,love oxygen for many uses,, i should one day make a video of it, it was very fun burning holes right through a brick , steel plates , tungsten and even can be used underwater

    I just don't understand the point of this video. What was your goal when you decided to aim your cheap mini torch around your workbench for almost three minutes? You moved the torch around for a long time and lit a cigarette, but you don't show anything that isn't already available in much better quality from several other UA-cam channels or explain how to do anything that might help the viewer. You took the time to do this and upload it, but I just don't understand what your goal was. What a waste of yours and everybody's time.

      i have looked online at many other vids on this and the so called diy small torches were mickey mouse compared to what i built here,,,there was no goal other than to simply show something i built i was happy about and thought it would be cool to show around ,,not every video needs to be a how to or diy ,,in fact i seen many show off vids ,,but if you bothered to read some of my replies to others who asked me how to make it or why i do not have instructions you will see my explanation on why its not possible and very difficult to find certain parts i am using most of which were things i had by luck and not something you can find anywhere and its very costly on some parts ,.i did not intend to make this ,i just happen to have these things so i put it together for this function ,other than that its just common sense design of nothing more than using the right gases ,fittings and lines to a small mixing chamber and nozzle ,,now are you that much bothered by it?would you prefer not to have seen this video that most ppl enjoyed? well excuse me for upsetting you
