Ha, cool to know that many came here after Marty Raybon's comments on the song during the Bobby Bones interview, lol. I actually like the song, though I'm also biased because my mom gave me this album on cassette when I was little. I can see why they didn't like it though since it's more pop leaning than the music they'd be more well known for on the next two albums. I personally like the 80s country pop sound, though, and the nostalgia theme for the 50s and 60s, which was common for the 80s. I especially like the cool "shooby do wah" doo wop vocals from the backup singers in the intro.

Heard this song just before my twins were born. One’s name is Travis and one is Tyler. They both have or had liver disease. One got a transplant but now has Hepatitis B. Brother has cirrhosis. I know God has a plan for everybody…but why did my son’s plans have to be so treacherous????
