All the layers of micro climates were pretty cool...one minute you're walking through clouded jungle, then dry arid land, then back through the clouded jungle again all while going straight up.

Inca Trail was amazing, until we almost drown in a flash flood and oh, the one lady that tried to tie her boot, fell over, and off the cliff to her death. I'd do it again though.

Funny how the grind culture doesn't saturate Mexico, yet business still gets done. And, the difference in the quality of food -- like shopping at Whole Foods or the farmer's market every day for pennies on the dollar.
