I gave up on cloth pads for urge incontinence as any fabric I used was irritating my skin. Instead I have been using period pants made for incontinence. Much more comfortable and really absorbent and contain bamboo. The only downside is that I am in a lot of pain due to disabilities and if I need to change and I am wearing trousers it takes a while to undress, change and get dressed again. Apart from that they have been the perfect solution. I'm looking into making my own as they can be expensive.

I prefer the hidden core pads. I think exposed core pads would possibly leak.

I have truly come to the conclusion getting a Fitbit sense with some kind of screw up on Amazon but got it for free this is not a smartwatch this is truly a stupid watch what you have to go through in settings the app brightness completely sucks amaze fit Huawei and a few other ones that are in the 50 dollar range with an application that is free and takes care of you with stats year by year by year.... As Joe Brandon would say..... Come on man

To my ear you sound American so I don't know if you know in Europe female incontinence is often treated with a tens (may no be spelling that correctly 🤷) unit, it's a little bigger than a tampon. It sends a low current shock that causes your muscles to contract, so like kegal exercise but more efficient with much better results. You can buy the stuff on Amazon. The unit is the same but has different plug ins for the more common use for leg and back pain which are commonly sold in store in the pain relief section. Thank you again for a very useful video.

Best swing! The multi direction and deep seat (necessary in my opinion) are the best features. Also for the price $125 on Amazon it’s not expensive compared to the 4 Moms Mamaroo. I have used many swings and this one is my favorite. Also Graco items last for years( most of the time). If your looking for a baby swing don’t think twice one. You won’t regret this baby item.
