Why would anyone in its sane judgement chose pomelo (grapefruit) in anything??? And worse, mix it with dulce de leche. I'm very suspicious about this new wave of "strange" tastes with wine, cheese, vegetables... Tried chocolate and blue cheese, it tastes just like a spicy chocolate, nothing special.
