Targeting triggerfish at the famous Chesil Beach

Nice one mario, we give it ago, went a bit early for the triggers, had plenty bream, mackie, pout at night. Well done on the triggers, we go bit later in the year next year.

I use the heavy version for my general fishing and then drop down the the medium or light if I'm useing small delicate baits

What leader poundage and length do you use over that sort of mark ?
@@PaulFrancis-bj6vp I use an 80lb leader for all of my fishing and around 12 full terns on the reel. That will give you more than enough length
@marioasprou8548 thank you , what leader brand do you suggest ? Is asso classic OK? It's cheap
@marioasprou8548 I use a fixed spool so the length per turn is higher ? I have 8 turns onto reel plus a 7 foot drop to the lead ? That's four outstretched arms plus one arm length ?
Are any of these marks relatively safe to access? I really want to take my father to some but I can’t risk him clambering down some sketchy marks 🤣
