EXCELLENT VIDEO! I take photos during disassmbly and make everything with a black felt tip pen. WD40 is NOT a lubricant. There is NO reason NOT to remove the momentary switch. Just make the connector and photo. The momentary switch tells the main board the position of the valve.

OK, so I have a problem that I haven't figured out with my F525. I can usually figure it out, but this problem is got me stumped. When I start and mower and run it for about 15 minutes, maybe 20, if I go and shut the PTO off, and then pull up on it to restart the clutch, it won't start. If I let it sit and cool off for about 20 minutes and try it again it may work, most of the time it does, sometimes I have to let it sit a little longer. Something is getting hot, I think. I tried a used switch, a new switch, a different PTO clutch ( cuz the clutch finally quit ) and it still does this. As long as I don't turn it off, it works fine. It will work all day, but if I shut it off, I have to let it sit before it will go again. Have you ever had this problem ?

What are the odds you post the video I need a week ahead of time? I will say that some models (I've had both a 510 and 525 with this) have a metal shield that mounts to that metal frame "hoop" you see in your video. I'm suspecting it too needs to be removed in order to coax the battery out as I simply cannot get access or angle the battery enough to remove it like you can on yours, which appears to be shield-free.

using a bottle jack is a great tip for removing stubborn fasteners if you don't have an impact driver.

Can you use these particular ones in a SUV and just use four of them or is it strictly for a motor home? Would you just put in your tires pressure on the little computer?

Thanks for the video. I'm a Subaru guy who can fix most things on them blindfolded. Been doing work to help my wife's friend with issues on her 2015 Explorer Sport. Long story short, it's involved a fair amount of swearing, mainly regarding goofy to downright stupid engineering. Before she left on her annual 2,000 mile boat-towing vacation to and through the Rocky Mountains (yes, jealous) I got her brakes done but no time for her A/C. Subaru puts a blue cap on the low pressure line, and I didn't see one, but didn't have time to really look into it. Hopefully I can get my hands on it when she's back. It was 107 degrees in the Badlands in Wyoming yesterday. (I'd be dead.) On my son's Impreza, the clutch stopped engaging on the compressor, a sign it needs fluid. Fixed it up right quick. Hoping that's her only issue. Subaru comressors are $$$.

My top was leaking and dripping down into salt. Changed top seal inside rotor. Golden $ 7.00 at Lowe’s for multi pack of seals in plumbing. I followed all instructions here. I got sent wrong part from whirlpool. Went my own way. Check rotor for staining at the top seal. Top of rotor had rust staining.

The oil filter you put in was #61394 but you list the number above as #51394. I'm confused.

I just lost my driver side panel 🤬 thankfully no one got hurt. How is your replacement holding off ? I heard ford finally made them as a recall. I am afraid to wait for them to fix it. Debating to get some replacement meanshile because i dont want to deal with water damage (if it takes long, not sure how safe it is, to leave it as is) 😢 my entire windshield needs replacing. So i am looking at a heavy replacement bill even with the recall.
