We are in different cities. Go through two weeks of no contact. My DM makes contact, and we have decent conversation. I feel i have ascended into my DF. Yeah it’s hard to heal when your whole life is a lie. When everyday is just a preparation for another shock or disappointment. When you have no one who understands. And that only person you would have shared your whole being with, just left and hates you. I am so done with life. I don’t understand why I was even born in the first place when my whole life is just pure pain I need to overcome over and over again. When my everyday is just about forgiving myself just for fucking existing.

My TF helped me grow & heal more than anyone just on social media. Alot is seeing the mirror of myself. Start to advise him & realize I needed to advise myself. So love TF LOVE which lasts thru lifetimes. Funny I thought I was OK till a saw a photo of someone I knew forever. Dont even recall what my goals & dreams were but Im such a better human from just social media. I'm thankful that I've grown to realize that our separation is not a punishment. It's a blessed time of individual healing. We were so off balanced before separation as my love for him was overwhelming us both. I definitely do not want to bring dysfunction to his world. I have definitely learned how to love and value myself. I've since, been healing and I understand that it was an unhealthy place to be. I am learning to trust the process and work on myself and trust that his insecurities, inability to fully trust has to heal as well. It definitely resonates that he is much slower in healing, but I trust in God's divine timing.

"Resist the urge to view separation as a punishment or failure" I don't think that's going to be avoidable for some people in the beginning, depending on a person traumas. And dependant on the level of pain. I did EVERYTHING spirit guided me to do and for that, I experienced unendurable agony for a little over two years. Impossible not to see it as anything but a punishment when you're wondering what you did wrong. I'm serious when I say, spirit had to keep me from harming myself. Rather than say "resist", perhaps better to say "Work on seeing it as, not a punishment or failure, but as part of your healing". Resist means denying how you truly feel, and that doesn't help, really.

Mine is 8 yrs younger...but he couldn't consider me as elder than him....
