I honestly only came here because it has the longest Radiance fight I've yet to see (Give me a break; boss fights, especially divine or angelic boss fights, are not very entertaining if they're rushed through with max power and done in minutes) but I really, seriously, love the way you named the chapters! Give yourself a pat on the back for the creative naming!

I don't use steady body, runner and Stewart shell as I try to not get used them because relying on them kind of turns into weakness like an addiction. I use running charm on exploration though. Mark of pride on the way, it's one of those I can't live without. Dreamshield is also neat if you want to try colleseum of fools where the regular enemies are your problem.

He’s using action, not back extra range and extra speed that is 9×5 or you could just use one so I think I think steady body still useful

Shaman Stone and Spell Twister are truly OP. Dreamwielder just makes them even more OP. This is a great spell build.

saying a charm like steady body is op is cringe ngl, it's at best situational for people that like it and that's the other thing, it's only good for people that go out of their way to like using it, I'd say it's a neat charm that halpe newer players get a hang of the game, but easily swapped out after you can learn to live without it because at the end of the day you're just running it to feel comfortable, which is why everyone hates on the charm already because it doesn't make you more powerful in anyway it's just a comfortability setting for newer players not accustomed to adjusting their vessel after hitting an enemy, like you can go into moss charger with no charms and still afk kill them, does that make nail op too? at the end of the day it's about understanding why you run a charm and not to just blatantly tell people it will carry them, but hey that's just my take

What are you on about? Just upswing, yeah, you have less range, but if you need more then one pixel of reach to both hit the boss and dodge successfully, then you’re playing suboptimally, obviously, just be perfect, it’s not that hard

I'm kinda new to hollow knight, still trying to beat Hornet 2, so can someone explain to me why he has 11 hearts at some points? I thought the most hearts you could get were 9

during a text randomizer, the name fog canyon was randomized to just grimmchild no, i don't think i will game also, there's some mod that buffs grimmy to have three projectiles and homing (not sure which one it was, i'm great at not keeping track of this stuff). great mod, just wish it turned super grimmy into a different charm

My favorite charm build, but I would like to point out to anyone reading that you can also sneak in nailmasters glory as well.

Great strategy. I'll definitely consider it. Might retackle this again before actually tackling Grey prince zote in base game.

everybody who sees this comment is welcome to absolutely smite me in the replies, but as someone who has never equipped either steady body or quick slash in my 125~ hours of gameplay, i dont see a point in having steady body as i feel like 1) the knockback gives me nice feedback from my hits on bosses 2) i feel like id walk into the damn boss because i focus more on the boss than where the knight is

I think we get steady by just like too late because by the time you get it, you’ve gotten used to the pushback so it feels weird when it doesn’t happen

WOW beating slightly faster 4 easy bosses out of 42 on the pantheon, slower oblobbles and sly, all that good for ONLY ONE CHARM NOTCH ??? i cant think of nothing better like dreamwielder, thorns of agony, grubsong or nail master glory and just hold forward

Oblobbles are just so superior the guy had to remove his overcharmed state just to reduce his chances of dying

I honestly like Grimmchild more than Carefree Melody tbh. Sure, it feels good to free Nymm from The Grimm Troupe, but the charm doesn't really.. click for me. Grimmchild provides ranged attacks, does not require soul, teleports at will, ignores boss entrances and is cheaper at only two notches. Is his accuracy a bit hit or miss? Sure, but cut the little fella some slack. This is still a kid, so they obviously aren't perfect at everything!

I started to play this game because art style was cute and cool. The thing I didnt know that the community likes to torture itself by making the game harder like it wasnt hard enough.

"I will prove Steady Body is great by playing greatly using it" - Player who could have played greatly any other way using Steady Body or not It really is not that good and doesn't has a positive effect on most people. But I do like it, it's sastisfying to become the unstoppable force, but I just acknowledge it's not that good.
