Actually, save the fat it actually helps on the days you don't eat enough eating the fat will help you stay satisfied much longer as well it's like fighting fat with fat and you would still lose weight. I clean my meat the same way it's like we kill them 2-3 times including the ginger, garlic and sea salt the real sea salt lol.

Hey, do you have a spray bottle for your hair. Water is your best friend for natural hair. I cut my hair in July and I am natural. I try to keep my hair hydrated with lots of water, I also use coconut oil, along with a curl activator. It has really helped my hair to grow. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!

@lilylights Hello Lilly. Your experiences are of great encouragement for me. I went to a weight loss clinic last Thursday November 14th. I was given semaglutide(4syringes) I still have not given myself the first injection for reason number one, a needle that I have to stick in myself is kinda scary. An injection pen would have been much better. I am also trying to research what types of food I should eat and to have them either ready or in mind, what types of food to stay away from, and what kinds I can eat with caution and some snacks set aside. I am planning on starting either Thursday or Friday. But you're beautiful and very encouraging. My husband is a also a good support system for me. Thank you again. I don't feel so alone!
