And as for cooking with it - it works well in meat dishes, so adding it to something like a Bolongiaise sauce works well. Similarly, it works really well with strong cheeses - Marmesan bread is lovely - bread made with Marmite and Parmesan cheese. The reason you liken it to soy sauce is because of it's very strong umami flavour

Black jelly babies are blackcurrant flavour. And yes eating a whole bag makes you feel ill for a little while. Been there too many times. Hahaha. And turkish delight is rose (rose water) flavour usually. The most common flavours are rose and lemon. The one you ate is rose, hence the pink!

Great job, they looked delicious! What you could do to help save time and help with the background lighting in your videos is to prepare a second batch earlier for times when you have to wait for two hours :)
