Ingredients: • 1 grapefruit, shredded (remove the white pith and skin) • 1 cup cilantro leaves • 1/4 cup sliced dried coconut • 1/4 cup peanuts (plus extra for garnish) • 1 tbsp fish sauce • 1 tbsp sugar • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 2 bird’s eye chilis, finely chopped Instructions: 1. Peel the grapefruit, remove the white pith, and carefully shred the segments into small pieces. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and chopped chilis until the sugar dissolves. 3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded grapefruit, cilantro, coconut, and peanuts. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

My first attempt at making Pão de Queijo, aka Brazilian cheese bread 🧀🍞. It wasn’t an exact replica of what I’ve had before, but it still tasted amazing and was so easy to make! I’ll definitely make it again-maybe I’ll try using different cheeses next time 🧐🧀 #paodequeijo #brazilliancheesebread #파오데케이죠 #브라질치즈빵 Ingredients: • 1 cup milk • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil • 2 cups tapioca flour • 1.5 tsp salt • 1 large egg • 1.5 cup cheddar and mozzarella mix Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2️⃣ Add tapioca flour, oil, milk, egg, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth. 3️⃣ Add the cheese and pulse just a few times. 4️⃣ Spray some oil on the muffin tin or liners and pour in the batter. 5️⃣ Bake for 20 minutes. Also, the @gir silicone cupcake liners came in clutch 🙌. I forgot to spray oil so the bread wouldn’t stick, but they still popped out perfectly! 🎉

Honestly, it’s incredible on its own 😍, but I decided to try it with a homemade berry compote and @eat.mila’s jasmine green tea ice cream 🍦. The combo of berries, chocolate, black sesame, and jasmine green tea was even better than expected. This is a limited edition you won’t want to miss! ✨ #milafam #mila #xlb #soupdumpling #dominiqueansel #dessert #dumplings Bonus: This recipe makes plenty of berry compote, so you can save any extra in the fridge and enjoy it later with your favorite desserts or breakfast! 🍯🍓 Ingredients (3-4 servings): 12 oz (340g) frozen berries 🍇🍓 1/8 cup honey 🍯 ½ lemon (juice and garnish) 🍋 12 pcs @eat.mila Chocolate Black Sesame Lava Dumplings 🥟 Garnish: lemon zest, 1-2 mint leaves, and jasmine green tea ice cream 🍦 Instructions: In a medium pan, add the frozen berries, honey, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Steam the dumplings for 7 minutes. On a plate, arrange the dumplings and compote. Add a scoop of green tea ice cream, and garnish with mint and lemon zest.

Set aside. In a pan, cook the pork belly until lightly browned. Add the potato starch directly to the pan with sesame oil and stir until the pork turns golden brown. Add the scallion mixture and stir-fry until everything is well combined. Serve with rice, garnished with sesame seeds or Everything But the Bagel seasoning. Enjoy!

Spicy Peanut Butter Noodles 🥜🍜 #peanutbutter #noodles #땅콩버터국수 Ingredients: * 200g noodles of your choice * 1 tablespoon Korean chili powder * 1.5 teaspoons salt * 1.5 teaspoons minced garlic * 1.5 teaspoons sugar * 1.5 tablespoons sizzling hot oil * 1 stem of scallion, sliced * 1.5 tablespoons peanut butter * chili pepper, diced * 1 tablespoon vinegar * 3 tablespoons of the water used to cook the noodles * Thinly sliced scallions and everything but the bagel seasoning for garnish Instructions: * Make the Sauce: In a bowl, combine chili powder, salt, sugar, garlic, peanut butter, chili peppers and sliced scallion. Slowly pour over the sizzling hot oil, stirring to combine. * Cook the Noodles: Cook noodles according to package instructions, reserving some of the cooking water. * Combine: Add the cooked noodles to the sauce, along with the vinegar and reserved cooking water. Toss to coat. * Serve: Garnish with thinly sliced scallions and everything but the bagel seasoning. Tips: * For a spicier sauce, add more chili powder or more chili peppers. * Adjust the amount of peanut butter to your desired level of nuttiness. * You can use any type of noodles you like, such as ramen, spaghetti, or rice noodles. Highly recommend enjoying it with rice - the sauce is to die for! In a small bowl, mix the garlic, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and chili powder. Set aside. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the bean sprouts and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until they begin to soften. 3. Add the shrimp and the sauce mixture to the pan. Ingredients: 0.5 lb morning glory 1 tbsp minced garlic 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Fiery Hot Dried Shrimp Chili Oil 220g noodles (2 portions) 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee’s Premium Oyster Sauce (or more to taste) Fried shallots for garnish Instructions: Clean the morning glory thoroughly. Cut off the bottom 2” of the stems and discard. Then, cut the remaining stems into 2” pieces. In a large pan, add garlic and chili oil, then turn the heat to medium. Once the garlic starts to sizzle, add the stem pieces and stir for 1-2 minutes. Next, add the leafy parts and cook until wilted. Lower the heat, add the noodles and oyster sauce, and stir everything together. Garnish with fried shallots and serve. #leekumkee #homecooking #easyrecipes

Take the guts of Dungeness crab, mix with oil and seasoning and cook in the body shell of the crab. I just started cooking this, this season. Delicious kinda tastes like liver.
Ingredients: 100g (1 bundle) vermicelli noodles soaked in hot water for 7min 1.5 tbsp Oyster sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp White pepper 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine 3 cloves garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp ginger finely chopped 0.6lb shrimp around 8pcs 1/2 Scallion more for topping 2 tbsp sizzling hot olive oil (or sesame oil) for the sauce and 1 more for topping Thinly sliced dried chili pepper and fried shallots for topping (optional)

Ingredients: 4 cloves of garlic, sliced 1 can (28oz or 794g) of peeled tomatoes, @centofinefoods 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Capers 2 cans of @fishwife Sardines with hot pepper ½ tbsp dried chili flakes 100g pasta of your choice Salt to taste (I added about 2-3 tsp) Water Garnish: sliced scallion, extra drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese Instructions: 1.Throw garlic, peeled tomatoes, and extra virgin olive oil in the pan on low heat, reduce until the sauce thickens. 2.Add ½ cup of water and continue to reduce; repeat this process for about an hour. 3.Add the sardines, chili flakes, capers, salt, and pasta.
