When you spoke of “self-talk” I thought of the Bible stating that “death and life are in the power of the tongue.” I am unfamiliar with a couple of those books but will check them out. ❤

The style of cleaning/decluttering where you pull everything out first and make a mess and then reorganize is called Swedish Death Cleaning. It is my style to declutter that way too. What's key for me, what I got out of your video is making the check off bubble visual that you color in. I don't know why, but that's a game changer for me!!! Thank you for sharing such a simple but great idea.

My problem is being about to throw away something and then stopping, looking at it and deciding I can sell it on the Internet. Nevermind that I don’t ever sell anything on the Internet…shoot, I don’t even like packaging and sending items back to stores I got them from😂. I just need to throw them away.

It’s an arduous task and I am definitely going to incorporate your tips and have your wonderful beginning quote and your 6 questions in mind as I go forward. One tip I recently learned and would like to share is, “Am I willing to clean you?” I thought that was a really good one. 😊
