From your video, Ninh Binh looks a lot like Ha Long Bay. And I would prefer the less touristy place, Ninh Binh, less people to contend with.

No matter how hard they try to make the city beautiful, the inconsiderate mindset continues to litter indiscriminately keeps the city a third world slum country. Vietnam and the food would be more enjoyable if the people didn’t throw garbage everywhere and the vendors practiced hygiene. The parents, the teachers, and the government leaders all have the inconsiderate mindset that this culture continues to display one generation after another. Vietnam will remain a third world slum country for generations to come.
