যাদের সঙ্গে কাজ করছেন সেটাও একটা বড় factor | ম্যানেজমেন্ট এর বেশির ভাগ লোকই data science সম্পর্কে কিছু না জেনেই Data scienctist hire করে বসে থাকে | Data science প্রোজেক্ট lifecycle একেবারেই অন্যরকম হয় | Typical waterfall বা agile নিয়ে পড়ে থাকা management এর লোকজন বুঝেই উঠতে পারেনা কি চলছে আর কি ভাবে কাজ এগিয়ে যাবে | Data science practice এ technical কারণের থেকে খারাপ politrical কারণে প্রোজেক্ট fail করে বেশি | Insecurity, basic stats না জেনে fancy মডেলের পেছনে দৌড়ে overcomlicated মডেল প্রোডাকশন এ push করা, ইত্যাদি কারনবশত পুরো জিনিশটার জগাখিচুড়ি বানানো হয় | বর্তমানের খারাপ মার্কেটে এই পুরো data সায়েন্স practice টাই বিশ বাঁও জলে চলে গেছে |

শুধু sql server জানা লোকরা কেমন জব পায়,আর এরক সাইট কোনটা
