One of the best for the VIC-20!
Thing is, once you made an excellent production like Gnork! with only 16K expansion, it's very hard to outperform yourself :) But I know how much effort it takes to make a demo. And anyway every VIC-20 production is sacred. Thanks for this one, enjoyed it a lot!

What core does it run on? It doesn't show any patterns on Colleen (Android) 3.0 based on atari800 4.0.0
Core? runs in Altirra and on real hw. --> Atariage
@@Heaven6502 I was asking for the "core" of the Atari800 emulator. In other words what version of Atari800. May be I was playing too much with other products like the libatari800 and Colleen, they use the "core" of the Atari800 emulator. But yeah, some demos simple do not run on Atari800 at all (e.g. Second Life Syndrome). Therefor Altirra is a treasure gift, but it does not run on my Android at the moment. That day I was trying this demo, I just had no Computer at hand that runs Altirra, just my mobile phone.

OBS is free and fast
This would've been so effing rad 40 years ago. Even at 5hz we didn't care about low framerates, because if the thing was interactive it was interactive. In the 90s when we had wolf3d and doom, running at 20fps was fine, because we were actually running around a base on Mars, shooting demons with shotguns, which we'd never been able to do before at ANY framerates.
I was just thinking the same thing. How cool a game that had this in it 40 years ago would have been. Such good memories of new technology and exploration of it back then.
