I am compelled to publicly express my deep frustration with the inefficiency and lack of responsiveness from the Higher Education Commission. Despite numerous attempts to engage with your office, including sending emails (with senior HEC members copied), submitting formal letters, and generating support tickets via the HEC help portal, I have been consistently ignored. What is even more concerning is that my online ticket status is being automatically extended each day, without any genuine effort toward resolution. This blatant disregard reflects poorly on the management and sincerity of the processes under your leadership. The role of HEC as a regulator and facilitator is now a big question mark. Is this how the national regulatory body entrusted with overseeing and improving the country's education sector operates?

Just a drama....HEC created these seminars just to show Govt and people that they are doing something. But in fact, HEC needs to work on their departments first. Agar HEC ko in sab sa fursat mil gai ho tu zara apni responsibility ko bhi dekh la ga. Specially, complain department, where a lots of complains are still pending. and no one is ready to heed to them. And they are putting future of young generation into threat.
