What resonates with me is I was brought up in a similar environment, less than a mile from Davy. We were quite poor, but David had nothing at all to lose by recalling his childhood environment. That's because he was loved, and he loved his family and neighbours when he was young. How can you forget that? Many entertainment stars would, in case it affected their careers. Give me strength.

I was raised in Gorton, and I'm damn sure David was a regular guy. The more I learn about him, the more I know he was one of us. Great achievements, great sense of humour, and down to earth family. God bless.

My favorite Davy song, he was sooooo cute and I know some goes on how sexy,a good built the other guys are. Well, notice when Davy has his shirt off, ( or on), a very good build. He might have been little, but just as sexy as the other guy's. Of course I take up for Davy, him being my SPECIAL ONE. I liked all the guys, love Peter's dimples, Michael's sweetness with the guys, & Micky's cute &funny. Of course Just Everything about Davy, now remember Davy is my favorite.

I just read a bit ago, someone was taking each of Davy's solo albums & CDs' and telling what he thought about the songs on all of them. He hardly had one good thing to say about the songs or Davy's singing. Being a HUGE FAN of Davy's it was quiet hurtful, they said some mean things. I was taught if you can't say something. nice just don't say anything. Any one agree?

I came across a recent posting about the release of the Davy Jones Christmas CD and there was audio clip of Davy talking about how the youngest daughters from each marriage got a raw deal and how he felt estranged from them at times because his marriages both broke up when they were young and he was gone and how he didn't feel that way about the two oldest from each marriage, kind of sad.
