I think you do "you can never do too much" very well. I don't have one decoration in my house for the holidays but I sure enjoy watching you create and design yours. I think your 12 £ garland could easily sell for hundreds of dollars in a fancy store. I understand being harder on ourselves but I really liked all versions of your trees and your bows and well everything. They all had a very warm character. Your finale looks like a hotel lobby, very posh. And yes being creative is always more fun than most things in general. And finally I love your patterned pants so cute as well as the upgraded title font and all the graphics. You are always such a joy to watch.

I love the diy’s you did! Every year I try to use my Christmas decor in a different way to make it more interesting. Some of the easiest decorations are the inexpensive ones like pine cones and evergreen clippings that you find outside. One year I learned how to preserve branches with leaves and used burning bush branches. I have a beautiful scalloped depression glass bowl that I fill with vintage ornaments that I love. I’ve simplified my decor since I moved into a smaller house and find that battery candles are my favorites.

Just beautiful! I'm so happy that you said out loud what most of us feel: My Christmas style is tacky and glittery! Because it truly is! I long for a sophisticated, nature inspired decor, but then here comes Santa Claus and glitter ornaments for in-your-face Christmas! You don't give yourself enough credit for how pretty you can make your house.

Thankfully the garland doesn't look like the one in B&M...yours is stunning and I'm always impressed with your creative talent...chopping up the tree! Sophisticated...PANACHE!

I think your decorations are up there with all those on social media who just buy all new, but more special because you put so much thought and creativity into them!
