Yes it is me, a nostalgia junkie. I would watch every video you make of a New Leaf nostalgia series just yapping about any aspect of it. That game meant a lot to me, and I love hearing about others who had their own in depth unique experience, while getting that nostalgia hit with the visuals. Extended vid on Brewster please, I could live in that shop :)

The style boutique series is probably one of my most constant games that I play, I've got at least 100 hours in all 3 'new' games, I don't have the data for how long I played Style Boutique (DS), I played it on my DSI that has recently had a booting error on everything.

I’ve given up on a cohesive outfit for style challenges since Hello Nikki 😿 Having played prev Nikki and Genshin Impact is a good way to get ahead. I also usually spend a little for monthly cards and passes and the gacha so far is manageable. I hope it stays that way.

I played one of the older versions of this game (Love Nikki) I completed it, or at least what they had of it, it might've updated, it's been a few years. I loved it so much, (I spent my allowance on it every week, embarrassingly getting up to VIP 14. This was back during the early years of COVID-19) I remember hating the styling challenges with other people though, because everyone was just piling up whatever to get higher stats rather than actually making good outfits. With NPCs I could make good looking outfits and still win, but literally no one ever did it right in the PvP part.

whenever they put out surveys i always fill them out with every thought and issue i have. there was one recently where they asked about outfits and makeup and i submitted that we were lacking in skintones

Your statement at 8:18 is not true. Upgrading 3* items is MUCH more resource efficient than 4* and 5* items, and fully upgraded 3* outfits are enough to get you Perfect even against the end game stylist challenges as of 1.1.

I would say negative people are all over the spectrum and just getting a kick out of taking everyone else's enjoyment. Even I-Nikki isnt immune to that from all sides. As for PC problems I would assume its something else then GFX. I dont have streaming setup going on (except OBS), but tried running WuWa in background and Nikki played fine, and I old AMD Ryzen 5 3600 with RTX 2070 and 32gb ram. Regarding Nikki, I love this game. Gives me more pleasure to play then most of big hits trough the years even in pay games. But sadly finished main quest and most side quests so done till next update. Hopefully we get more story quests not just fishing and collectables. Just catching up with WuWa in mean time then back to backlog of games heh. When I first started I tought it was made from same people that made Life Makeover as the whole dress and scoring thing was very similar.

Very nice video Yeah queerbaiting is really a problem in a lot of games but I wouldn't say every game has the intent to do it, its a lot because of the chinese censoring laws that even censor fanservice in other games( happen often to path to nowhere) .Actually in hi3 there is two cannon lesbian couples being Kiana and Mei and Bronya and Seele, and Bronya and Seele have kissed on the lips in a cannon manga.But because of the laws they cant say it even tro its heavly implied. We also have reverse 1999 that has 2/3 very implied lesbian couples. While i dont know any game that has mlm representation, if you want to try out games that are different here are some that i think are nice - reverse 1999: its very good and ftp friendly and there are men characters as well - ash echoes: there are very great men characters and artstyle is pretty - morimens: very beautiful game tro i havent played it yet

Hahaha yeah goofy and ugly outfits have been a Nikki staple for a long time. In love nikki there was either no accessory limit or the limit was much more loose, so unless there was some specific super strict criteria for "wear this one suit or else", every styling battle would look like a thrift store barfed on you. Good times.

I don't know if it's just me or if others share the same thought, but I don't think Infinity Nikki is a gacha game. We literally get every single piece in the banner (Limited/Permanent) and never get duplicates before completing the set. So, I feel it's more like buying things than gambling or gacha... it doesn't have 50/50 chance or something like that, you literally got what you choose or want...

The perk to upgrading entire outfits is that you can basically use one entire outfit to win a styling battle so then you actually match and your character looks cool as you win. There are ways to get the bubbles you need for upgrading so it’s not too onerous. Sometimes you will have to add some weird accessories or a strange jacket but for the most part I don’t need to.

I don't think it's fair to suggest games like these are queerbaiting you when they're predominantly Chinese and face a lot of censorship struggles when wanting to depict queer romance. Hell, MiHoYo made 1 lesbian couple many years ago, had them confess and kiss and everything, and then new censorship laws were passed, and they had to retract all their efforts and remove/reword anything about it lest they face trouble. But even then, any versions of those characters in any of their games will always be super close and they will do everything they can to hammer home that those women are in love even if they can't say it anymore. These days Chinese games can't have gay couples that acknowledge their relationship in any way and have to constantly use code words like 'roommates' and 'friends' to allude to their relationship(Like Alhaitham and Kaveh in Genshin, and the constant need to remind everyone they're roommates when we got it the first time.). There IS queerbaiting in gaming, but it feels disingenuous to insist that THAT is the natural intention from games that are made in countries with next to no queer rights and strict control over queer content.

I agree about the styling challenges and ugly outfits being kinda tiring,, i REALLY hope we get a game mode where other players vote on the best outfits and how well they fig the theme (kinda like dress to impress 😭 but better) because right now the themes in these challenges don’t mean anything and instead of actually styling you just need to level up clothes

I'm glad they chose to make Momo nicer and less annoying. Paimon is 90% of the reason I stopped playing Genshin. Also my favorite outfit is the bug catcher outfit form the permanent banner!

I play on my PC and I use my mobile to grind and that is because I have to go to work and be an adult, last week I couldn't even touch my PC but grinded enough materials to make two Miracle outfits, I only needed to do the Sovereigns to be able to make the dress! I also play slow, but with this update I run a little to have all the chapters done and get the dress, now I returned to play slow, I prefer to take my time. I also hate half my battles with the factions appear as normal instead perfect, but I will re-do them again when my dresses get better. Meanwhile I will continue with the Random quests like I was doing them before I began to run to complete the main questline.

...its illegal to write off a game you want to play/enjoy playing/dont have to play for work/would play even if videos werent your job...god content creation has turned into such a scam, you cannot write off food if youre a mukbanger because you need to eat to live and youd eat anyway, your mukbangs are a choice, you cannot write off clothes you hauled for a video, writing off clothes for work comes from the predatory practice of forcing wage earning employees to buy their own uniforms within specific guidelines, its literally illegal...and even if you are buying your own uniform for work, its stated specifically 'if this is something you can use for purposes other than work, and if your employer didnt give you strict guidelines to follow regarding what to buy, it cannot be written off'...yet content creators write off every single thing they buy for fun....god, somebody should make a video on this. Ugh. I dont care that theyre not getting caught. It is soooo illegal. Theyre exploiting a system the working class cannot exploit.
