Yes it did have issues after 10 Dyno sessions. Metal fatigue on rod bolts complete annihilation but designed a new engine now so much stronger and even more power .
This sounds, f*cking legendary. What a noise, especially when fully opened up, truly, sick AF.
Please tell me how I can get that power out of mine. I have an induction kit, large injectors fromth bt he v70 2.5D and I have had a stage 1 map.
He has changed literally anything around and inside the engine. That much power is not achievable with some simple mods

if you're not hauling much cargo, you're going to need a smaller diff ratio to use that power, Mate if the gearing's too short it would be like daily driving a lorry.

Hi Simon an exhaust manifold ?? Well if so there isn't anything out there yet ,but we are working on it and i will post the results on here ASAP .Including ported heads and ex manifold to turbo extension pipe .

22/60 v Garrett turbo with .250 high flow injectors ,63mm intercooler pipes with Front mount intercooler , No egr , no cat , no MAF and 100 mm induction pipe to turbo

Very good results, but could be much more. I had 252HP with original 10VT Petrol manifld, K24/26 turbo, original AAT fuel pump, original inlet, and original 60mm exhaust....
hi Marco do you have a diesel or petrol engine ?? Nice spec stuff and a good result .Just proves many routes can get good power . Over 250 hp they are quite lively . :) :)
@@t4stallion366 This was of course an old 115 AAT diesel engine with over 400000km. Just a petrol exh. manifold and a Petrol K24/26 turbo, 0.26 nozzles, big intercooler and ecu tuning. 252HP and 500Nm.
@@marco_muhelye_reloded AUDI A6 TDI 2.5 115 AAT (6/1994-/1997). Did you put this in a T4 ? Good power and the right mount of NM too . The engine i am building now will have much more power . Will be coming in the next couple of months .I have been making the parts for it so should be really strong .Keep an eye out i will post vid as soon as i can . :)
Really nice! You have a custom ECU or you just have a programm or something you can change the oem ecu? Would be nice to know that! I own a T3 some years ago and there you just could do mechanic tuning on fuel management on the diesel engines and it was so easy to adjust but now on my new t4 2.5 tdi i have no idea how to.
I have a custom oem ecu .Any ecu with the same numbers will do . Leave your one standard to be safe and buy spare for programming ,then wipe it clean and i put a AXG (150 bhp) map on it . Then i tuned it to suit my turbo and injectors Fuel map etc. :)

At the time standard engine with all the mods injectors,intercooler,big turbo,fuel pump,ex manifold, inlet manifold ,bigger MAF . etc,etc .

Thanks ,yes a lot of work but works well up to 258 bhp so far . Now aiming for the big 400 bhp
