Short and informative. Great ! Ask your grandkids how to use all the settings to watch a video. You are never to old to learn something useful, especially in this technological age.
THERE ARE NO LINKS AS STATED.
You can't see the exercises because of the words?
turn off captions
Nothing is visible

Wie soll man da das Video sehen wenn die Schrift es vollständig verdeckt?
How many sets for each excerise?
Do we need any operation or surgery to remove access navicular bone
How often can i do these exercises?
Ive had this a month and half but just found out the name. The doctor didn't even tell me, he just said oh that is for life it doesn't go away
Hi is this ok to do with a partial tear in the glute med & IT band?
How often can i do these exercises?
ouch
Would this be useful if one has insertional achilles tendonitis?
HINT: how about telling us WHEN we can start the exercises. im 10 days from the injury. left toe broken and 50% sure the left metatarsal is fractured also. was on crutches for 3 days, 5 days laying in bed bc it was too difficult/semi dangerous on crutches to go anywhere except to the bathroom and kitchen when necessary. used castor oil wraps on foot to greatly reduce pain and swelling; 1 hr after applying the first time, was able to place foot flat on the floor, impossible before that. after 48 hrs of constant castor oil wraps, was able to put foot into husbands 3 velcro strap sandal, padded thickly with a towel under sole, and walk very carefully on that. 10 days in now, can walk carefully with the CO wrap/thick sock/hubby padded sandal, still limping, walking in very limited amounts. but i dont know when to start the exercises?
How much time bone 🦴 secreted bone marrow after 3metarsal stress fracture? Pls reply ?
Do it on both sides or on one side?
Both, but start with the weak side and match the reps and weight on the other
@@ibraheemabdeen5495 My right side is weak & short so should I start with left leg first?
@@ibraheemabdeen5495 My right side is weak now I have weight on left leg Start with?
Which foot is fractured?
Check the description
How often should I do these exercises, and how long am I supposed to do each exercise each time?
Is it possible for turf toe to be torn, but it was accidentally missed because of a hallux rigidous surgery for the IP joint would be happening a few months later? The injury to cause turf toe happened just over 2 years ago. The IP joint fusion failed, so it was revised a year later. We are thinking I'm having seismoiditis because of the loss of fat pad over time. But I didn't have this level of pain in the "turf toe" area before the "turf" injury. I was in a kiddy pool, and my foot slid behind me, causing my great to to hyperextend. It hurt like a ... level 10. I told my surgeon, but he figured I sprained it, and it would heal with non weight bearing. Well... it hadn't, and I've tried every pair of inserts out there, including ones that have an area to remove material from the seismoid bone, so it's supported, aka drops down. I've even tried the ballet pads, and they just made me walk even more weird and started making my other toes hurt. I am supposed to be getting custom inserts sometime in the future but im starting to think those will not help considering the inserts i have now do exactly what my doctor said custom ones would do. I'd love your opinion and any taping ideas other than the one in the video if possible. It would be amazing to walk without feeling like there is a sharp rock in all of my shoes and the ground 24/7.😂 Thank you
Can i use any type of tape?
Which foot is fractured? Nothing on the description
Please read the time stamps in the description
Excellent advice. I tried four of the five exercises (minus the last one) shown above, and in two days the pain cleared. The redness I observed on the area is gone, as well. Thanks @theirishphysios.
Thanks for the feedback
Hi guys, I’ve been going around in circles for 6months now and through Google came across your video and Baxter’s nerve entrapment which sounds similar to what I’ve been experiencing. I’ll try and make this very long story short. It started back in February while running I felt an intense throbbing in the middle of both my Achilles, the pain over time moved down into the heel and under the outside of the ankle. The heel was sore to touch and the throbbing slowly switched to a nipping pain. I started getting bad pins and needles 2/3 months ago that’s still present when I stretch my ankle inwards. I’ve been for MRI scans and an ultrasound and neither revealed anything. 6 months on and it’s definitely gotten better but I can still feel it nipping away around the heel 24/7. Does this sound like Baxter’s to you? If so what steps would you recommend next? Sorry for the long post but I’ve tried everything available to me so far! Thanks in advance.
Omg this was so relieving
My left ear thanks you.
Thanks for the video. No waffle, just clear succinct description of the exercises. Hope to get back to tennis soon. Dave, near Inverness, Scotland.
Thanks very much for the feedback, Dave!
0.75x thank me later
I'd like to know what brand of "KT tape" they're using, as the ones I've tried don't layer on top one another without pulling up.
I don't know what brand they're using. But I use cure tape and for me it works really good!
Walking 15K steps a day I have slight pain in my left front ball of my foot, nothing serious but, I wanted to investigate possible treatment. I bought a gel-filled pair of sole inserts for my Brooks Ghost walking shoes and now I'll start doing some of these exercises. I appreciate how right to the point you are and these helpful tips
Which foot is lifting the injured or sane ?
I feel like I was just trolled. You show it from the side in the thumbnail, but in the actual video it's far away, from the back, and everything is black. Is this a genuine channel to help people? lol
Can Happen after a ankle os trigonum surgery? posterior ankle impingement?
Right on time. Big thanks for this! 🙏🏻 Have subscribed.
Can I run 🏃♂️ again?
Hı. Is playing tennis bad for accesory navicular?
How early in the rehab process can you start?
Can I start boksing again with unstable patella, dislocating while walking several times last week
What shoes do you recommend for Posterior Tibialis tendinopathy patients?
Take a look at our sister channel - Flawless Physio
Do you have any recommendations for exercises to decrease pain once the tendon is already inflamed? Everything here would be somewhere between excruciating and impossible once my sesamoiditis is triggered
Volume could be a little bit improved
Are these exercises still effective if you've had chronic swelling of the area for about a year already? It feels like there is a bursa in this area instead of being able to feel my ankle bones beneath, like it used to be. I now have this on both of my ankles. 😢
I am confused. It appears the earlier exercises are for the left foot. But then the stretching excercie, it seems you are stretching thr right leg. Should the stretch be done with the left foot at back?
depends what foot is injured obviously
This video confirmed what I had. Thank you so much !
You're so welcome!
