Thriller Bark is THE best one piece arc of all time. So many strings were sown in that are taking shape as we speak

Little Garden introduces us to the giants and we start getting more Baroque Works. Also Mr. 3 is really funny in Impel Down and Marineford they had to introduce him somewhere. Overall strengthens the Straw Hats' relations with the Giant race, intros into Alabasta, and is charming. Kinda feels like filler a bit but has the good filler arc charm that many do, and you can't complain much at only 8 episodes.

Honestly, Wano was a pretty interesting setting with some relatively memorable characters and god lore behind it - the problem was that it's a One Piece arc. It barely adds anything significant to the main plot at all (besides beating Kaido and Big Mom) and largely doesn't care about what happened before it outside of Momo and Kinemon traveling with the crew either. If it was just its own standalone spin-off story, I think it would actually be a pretty interesting manga. That and the third act's fights just took way too long tbh

It's crazy how different people rate arcs. You probably watched the anime for the majority which could explain some of the crazy takes with the pacing ruining good arcs.

It's very unlikely Egghead's gonna be an S tier for many people cause even if it's objectively S tier, the expectations were too high for it. It's Wano all over again except the expectations are 10x that.

If u liked the artwork of edgerunners I highly recommend to watch the rest of studio triggers shows like kill la kill and gurren laggan.

Heavily agree on Impel Down, the pacing there was the worst in pt (even worse than Thriller Bark lets be honest here) And Amazon Lily isnt F tier bro, least it isnt a bazillion episodes long and it doenst overstay its welcome

i just finished watching & this got on my feed. i 100% agree with what you said on 9:46. even though i just finished it so i do remember some of the subplots i have this feeling that i will always remember the general vibe of the series which is very different from other anime. this show is a masterpiece, and dont forget that sunflowers.... don't even have a smell LOL

Long Ring Long Land or whatever the hell its called is actually a great arc, at least for characterization. Maybe not all that entertaining, but the character development in this arc specifically is actually way deeper than you'd think. I suggest watch MelonTee's video about it, it will probably change your mind on the arc. I love her videos, they're video essays that go really deep on the themes of one piece and after watching them you like, "holy shit Oda cooking"

Maybe its the nostalgia to it but i think the earlier arcs were at least B. I remember i fell in love with one piece at arlong park so it would be A for me. Rest is valid tho

After the timeskip, Wano was by far the best arc. I dreaded fishman island and punk hazard, even portions of dressrosa as well. Wano was amazing, the reveals, fights, flashback etc
