Just a quick FYI as your probably new to guns by the sound of it, when you press the slide release you don’t have to manually pull the slide forward with your other hand

Great video and very helpful! I've been looking into one of these for USPSA and I think I've determined that I'm going to try to find one of the older ones that do not have the factory optic built-in and will just send it into LTT to have the optic cut and trigger work done.

If you shoot a 380 well get a 9mm 380 is a mistake if it's not for the size of the gun and getting a small gun to first start shooting is a mistake .

True story. Back in the early 80's when I had an FFL license in SoCal and around 21 years old, I purchased a Beretta tip up barrel .25 caliber. One day at the indoor shooting range the damn pistol went full auto on me. All 8 shots were spit out in a split second even making my hand climb. It startled me and the range manager came back and asked what was going on. I called Beretta Arms and they told me to send her back in and they'd fix it.

Absolutely love the 92xi’s I think Beretta hit a home run with this series. I always been a fan of the 92s. The way they shot, the low recoil, looks etc but I was always more of a striker fired shooter so I didn’t shoot the DA/SA guns as much. I picked up the 92xi and I’m in love with it. It’s easily my favorite gun right now and I’ve shot staccatos and other 2011s. I think with some extras, it’s right up there with them for a much lower price but the quality, reliability and Beretta name is still there. Can’t go wrong

Hi! I built now the same (shame on you ;-)), but struggle with the holster. Did you find in the meantime a holster that works with this setup?

The rear sight sticking up and hanging over the rear of the slide by a half inch looks like total crap, sorry...

It is also ss frame , have to ball up on info before hand . it has cutouts vs the p92x which lighten it some. If it was aluminum frame it would then be like 35oz then.
