The car said weeeeee
Cars 1 cause he was brand new
Origin
I thought it was more like Rust Wallace's flip from 1993
Ok here me out. In cars 3, they take McQueen and put him first into Mr. Sterling's hands, then when that's done he goes on with Smokey right? And while with Smokey, McQueen is taught a bunch of older techniques such as night driving and "sneaking through the window". But something that confuses me to this day is, couldn't they have just "upgraded" McQueen's performance by any chance? There is a seen where they upgrade Cruz to help coach him, but it seems they could've just done the same thing to him, and help him win, no? Maybe there is something I'm misunderstanding, but it seems like a viable option and would've helped McQueen to win using next gen parts. Of course it would take work and money, but 1 McQueen is obviously wealthy, and 2 it would've actually worked in time if they started right away, and trained him after he got his upgrades. But again, I may be wrong 🤔.
Sterling is the villian of the third cars movie
do barrel roll
Dale Jr was overrated.
😂😂
Neither i really think one thing could lightning done using doc hudsons technique you see he didnt used it often only 2 or 3 times yet it if he combined it with his own style more with docs je might be able to win it
Cars 2 is better than cars 3, cars 3 is the usual, you cant make the impossible happen, leave it to someone younger cauae you will never be great again. In cars 2 you feel great and lightning mqueen is a champ.
Wrong!
I liked cars 2. that's because I didn't look at it from a cinematic standpoint, but from how much I enjoyed watching it. Stop paying attention to critics and watch your favorite childhood movies, even if its like a 30% on rotten tomatoes.
Sure, McQueen COULD beat Storm, but it would diminish the message of the film, passing the torch.
I see all of your comments talking about the Cars 2 segment of the video... So I'm making a Cars 2 video! My opinions on the movie have changed drastically since this video was made, so stay tuned for my next video (whenever it comes out)!
Dude that is ridiculous😱
Cars 2 was a good movie though
It probably was how ever before Richard petty had another bad wreck in the race before he retired except his car was on fire
I would've liked to see Storm make the same mistake McQueen made in the first movie and decline tires, costing him the race.
When he crashed I got chills bro it’s the sad chils
McQueen: He won THREE PISTON CUPS! Mater: *spits his drink out*....HE DID WHAT IN HIS CUP?!
Would have been great to see Jackson skip tires and have a blowout in an ironic twist leading to McQueen's victory
Cars 2 is the best in all the cars movies
I honestly think it would be ironic poetry that maybe McQueen actually does a really decent job against Storm which causes Storm to become desperate, but instead of slamming him against the wall like he does with Cruz in the original he repeats the "No tires just gas!" Thing McQueen did in the first movie which causes his tires to pop right before he hits the finish line leading to McQueen (or Cruz) winning
That would have been a great way to end it. Having the hot shot rookie make the same mistake McQueen did in Cars.
Meanwhile Cars 2 is my favorite in the franchise
Yup cars 1 and 3 are great!!!
That looks like joey loganos car but it's cool
One thing I never see is why don’t they just get another member on the pit crew? Guido is doing all the work by himself and can keep up a crew of 4. Wouldn’t they be even faster if they can spilt the load?
Cars 3 ending just sucked
Daytona 400
Dirty move😂...
Car 3 was the single handedly the most disappointing animated movie from Disney.
you know how McQueen could have beaten Storm? he could have killed him yea I know I have dark humor
Dale Jr. was did kinda dirty in Cars, they only gave him 3 lines in the whole movie
4. Upgrade his machinery
Every Mercedes drivers 😳
Sorry bro but you completely missed the point of Cars 2
Its not a barrel roll , its called an alieron roll, a barrel roll is doing circles and spining at the same time.
The majority of the movie was good but the ending felt rushed and didn't pay off on the story build up had they of followed through they could have had a 4th movie with McQueen training a rookie to take his place.
cars two is the best of the 3
McQueen: Hey Jackson, Storm’s Over!
1:40 thankyou for acknowledging wanna be phoenix😂
Honestly, Cars 3 was disappointing. McQueen should have had some modifications done to him like the IRL Smokey did to Doc… And though I like the fact that he eventually does the same as Doc. And starts coaching the rookies, but after all the backlash he did before really put a damper on it an for the fact that Cruse is almost the exact same car model. And most likely will only win that race. On side note, all the “Easter eggs” of the movie were literally thrown out in plane sight! Almost like “we know you’re looking for them, so here they are…” what’s the fun in that. Why com back and watch when all the “hidden” items were right on the front page. Instead they should have had McQueen win the second race and then realizing, in a somewhat similar fashion as Doc., that he should attempt to coach a new Rookie like how Doc coached him. And have the Rookie win over the bullying rival.
Blue Dog glitch.
Mario
In my mind, McQueen won - they did it the way they did for the story alone. Yes, McQueen could have won, but that wasn’t the message they were trying to send. The trilogy goes full circle - from McQueen being a hotshot rookie, to him becoming a legitimate contender in other types of racing around the world, to him eventually being surpassed by another generation of newer, faster, more “modern” race cars. Maybe McQueen winning would have given us the satisfaction of him seeing his mission through, and if you’d like to look at it, The Hudson Hornet and The King’s missions as well, proving that newer doesn’t always mean better (more interpretative at that point), but the movie needed to complete the cycle of the story by putting McQueen’s career to rest and allowing the next generation to take the stage, only for them to later experience the same thing under slightly different circumstances.
"Putting McQueen’s career to rest" for someone who was so exceptional, he retires as the age of an average racer? There's been veteran racers much older than McQueen who've raced against next generation rookies, and won championships. the oldest to win a NASCAR feature race is 61 yo Herschel McGriff. If a 61 yo can beat 41 drivers probably 40-50 years younger than him, 40-something Lightning could beat Storm. They just said... "Nah."
@ I have clearly and openly stated my opinion and perspective of why the trilogy ended the way it did. Yes, for someone even as exceptional as McQueen even, he retired, and it was explicitly for the sake of the story and overall message of the trilogy. McQueen could have won utilizing the draft - undeniable, but not sustainable or practical for a continuation of the series, at least not under McQueen’s story. Even if McQueen had won and continued to race, he still would have eventually had absolutely no chance in competing - as the years passed and technology continued to progress and help produce further improved car models. Plus, the technology is advancing at an ever increasing pace, so McQueen’s career window was short to begin with, as electric cars seem to have mostly replaced combustion-based cars while he, and his peers, were still average-aged racers and virtually in their prime. It was the technology and build difference. I can imagine The King’s career was slightly shorter than The Hudson Hornet’s, due to technology evolving comparatively quicker in their respective times, because the rookies that The King faced were more advanced than those that The Hudson Hornet faced, though that is purely speculative… but it lines up. McQueen was replaced a lot faster than The King, for example - as shown in the movies. So even if he had beat Storm, he would have eventually had to give it a rest because the newer cars than the ones that already replaced McQueen would have replaced McQueen’s successors. Basically, it would have been an uphill battle from there on for McQueen and it would be utterly painful to watch. Plus, as my main point, it isn’t that he couldn’t do it (I bet he knew he could after utilizing the draft) but that wasn’t the message that the movies wanted to send - the whole things is a cycle of emotional growth and maturity, and is physically showcased in the trilogy through the story and events unfolding as they did - it all speaks for itself, but as I said it is my opinion and interpretation of the story of the Cars trilogy.
Agreed this was a story of acceptance and moving to the next stage of his life. He wanted to win the race but by the end of the race he realized that he couldn’t do it forever, and he had an opportunity to take a step towards a new goal, becoming a mentor. The story could’ve been about perseverance and using veteran knowledge to win but this wasn’t that story, this was about moving to the next stage in life. It has a really great message for many who can no longer do some of the things they were passionate about
