Guyana Wildlife - Tapir
Low water brought tapir to the river’s edge. We had a rare opportunity to see a pair.

Awesome video mate!
Did this man just say Roanoke? I need to meet up with this guy and fish 😂 i live an hour away in pulaski.
O hell yeah i would be there right with you
This is one of the best videos I have seen on the web or anywhere! I have watched it probably 30 times. In the winter when I get the fly fishing blues, I turn it on. It should be part of the fly fishing film festival and I can't believe those guys have not added to one of their shows as it is so great!
THANKS! Yeah, we submitted it to the IF4 and F3T the year we made it and they passed on showing it.
i am from buffalo ny i started fishing this year i am new to the sport of fishing i would like to know about fishing spots.
Great video
what river were you guys fishing on? thanks and great content!
What happened to these videos bro?! Come back! These are sick!
Thanks! Production was too expensive and I couldn’t get any companies to sponsor us. Appreciate the love though
I went fishing in the river in the winter and my fishing line froze😂
Nice vid
I'm super late to the game in watching this after just finding it now(three years later), but any info about the oar locks too?
What a ridiculously well made video.
I'm halfway in and this one is a 10 out of 10. Please post more Muskie adventures
Thanks for watching, Nick
Beautiful Music Beautiful Fish.
I love this video!! So awesome for a group of friends to experience this and have true emotions away from the working world!! To be immersed into the passion and addiction of catching predators together!! Awesome video!
Thanks for watching, Gary. It’s a magical place
I keep coming back and watching this video! It is so great! The work that got put into this is just phenomenal and I really appreciate the share! Very inspirational! Subbed and recommended this channel to everyone!!!
Thanks for watching. Yeah - we’re most proud of that video. Lot of time and effort went into it
Aft watching this video a few times,I finally called Brookdog Fishing Co. The smallmouth fish we caught on the Niagara River and Lake Erie were fantastic. Thanks Ryan
Thanks, Tom - gotta make some new vids soon
Is these fish safe to eat,🤔
Yes
Great video, I recognize every place this guy was. East river, west river (Niagara) Strawberry is., Peace Bridge, Cattaraguas Creek, Lower Niagara, Sand Docks, Power Plant. All of it & I loved it all my life. we moved down south after (67) years there. Can’t take (7) months of winter any more. New waters to learn, new fish to catch. Catfish at the spillways, new streams & reservoirs. Love it all.
Thanks for watching, Tom. You got lost right - the Catt wasn’t featured here. 18mile (the Lake Erie version) and you missed Johnson Creek and East Coy
Used to launch my 14 ft. With an 18 Merc. At the foot of Ontario St. in Riverside, for years. Caught many many fishies and had a blast. This was before there were more cop’s then boaters on the water. We had a blast.
Sweet video. What are your preferred set ups for the Smallmouth?
What the name of the song at the end please ?
"Guts" by Aaron DeRuyter
@@fireballkidtv3463 Thanks a lot . Brilliant artist .. If you like that type of music check also "The Sweeplings" (Carry me home ), and "Kelly Joe Phelps" .. Greetings from France
12:29 the fish was clearly in the net!
That was a different fish, different guys on another boat. Can see how it would look confusing though.
What are those flies they're throwing? Looks like a popper maybe with some kind of foam tail? Or are they just straight blue with matching maribou tails?
Hey men that's a great production ! Awesome footage and well edited ! Thanks a lot for sharing that with us, keep up the good work ;)
Beautiful
I’m almost 100% certain I know which river you’re on I fish it almost everyday! Great smallmouth bite
It’s not a secret - that was the DuPagr
Love seeing amazing hometown videos like this! Can’t wait to wet some lines for fall run!
Hi
About to pull the trigger on the rowing kit and outriggers! Y'all make it look easy to stand and fish from a canoe running this set up. Are they a pretty stable platform to stand and cast from?
Nice! Yep - they are excellent for that purpose
FYI the state record was caught about 1/2 mile from where you were sitting on the lakefront... And right where I have caught 5-6 lbers. All the way to Du Sable.... But a river smallie is whole 'nother beast and you obviously know where to find them... Great video!
I'd like to see an episode featuring rivers and streams of Kentucky. I live near Frankfort and there are several great smallmouth streams within easy driving distance. Elkhorn Creek, Green River, Cumberland River and many other small streams. Many thanks for your great videos!
Sounds like a cool project. Do you know anyone who’d sponsor the production?
brookdog fishing company, Maybe, Buffalo Trace Distilleries in Frankfort, KY. There are several well know distilleries in this area and they all are sponsoring many different things to promote their business. I'll do some checking from my end. I'll also check with our city government. There are many fantastic eateries and venues that might be of interest as well.
That’d be awesome, Jackie! Thanks for looking into it!
Hello. Love the video. I just bought the old town autopilot 120. Very cool kayak with minn kota motor with spotlock. Can you give me any pointers on where to launch so I can catch smallmouth. I'm from Buffalo area.
Were was this filmed boys?
Canada
What's the song with the night shots around the camp fire?
Thanks for watching. Check the credits - I’ll ask our producer but I’m pretty sure the answer is there
those boards are SICK
Good work gents!!!
Thank you for watching! Glad you enjoyed it!
Top shelf edit!!

Never fished the Chip, but have done well on the Flambeau for both musky and smallmouth
Great tip on removing that popper! I haven't seen that before.
