Why can't the food truck be a designated commissary kitchen? I have to do all my storage, prepping and cooking at a different kitchen, and then load it to my food truck? This is the most arbitrary law I've ever heard of.
Where is a food truck mobile service base or what is it for Milwaukee?
this would be a commercial kitchen you normally have to be "tied" to and use for food prep and daily clean up and such. Almost every state and city will require this to be a "home base" for your food truck

I'm planing to open a food cart/trailer, to sell mostly meat. More exact, home made sausage, and some soup. Do I need a special place to prepare these foods, or I can prepare them at home (sausage), and then grill them on the spot? Thank You
