Mad video my man, will just say though if you wanted it to be perfect perfect, some more notes when i built mine, - Clubsport/ TCR seatbelts - Digital dash/ GTI dash - TCR headlights and tailights As for your exhaust there’s a really nice and popular exhaust that retains oem style valved known as a PRS Catback for mk7 GTI. Keep grinding brother the car is going to be an absolute head turner!

Personally like the sound better with the backbox. Would be interesting to hear what it would sound with an actual clubsport, golf r or tcr one (maybe they the same?). Maybe that works out cheaper too. Awesome video and looking forward to more.

The tcr bodywork looks awesome, but put on a new tcr back box. Don’t cheap cheap scape it.

Definitely the perfect spec mk7 for sure, I'm not a fan on drowning exhausted and would probably go for a standard tcr back box but either way nice project bro

Just cut the tips off the back box leaving something to weld on then they can weld new tips in

The MK1 is very rare here in the US. And much more expensive. Prov more so than its golf equivalent.

I think changing the gti badge on the grill would be a nice touch, maybe to an RS one

Clubsport bumper definitely is the business. Always thought the Mk7R would look good with the Clubsport bumper. I do however think 7.5R bumper suits the 7.5R. Always found the regular Mk7R bumper boring, so nice job with the Clubsport conversion.
