I knew from the moment I saw Barnabas appear as Odin against Bahamut that he's a tough one. Now I know he could have defeated any other dominant easily. Not because of Odin's power but because he mastered its usage and because of his impressive combat skills.

Now the pc gamers can enjoy this masterpiece

I don't know why they decided to put in these generic electronic pieces for certain boss battles while using some of the most epic symphonic tracks EVER for others. This one just carries ZERO weight for me

One of my favourite parts about this fight is the bit before where you clearly see just how big typhon is. Then when you become ifrit you are the same size as them. Really helps put into context how big all this stuff is compared to a normal guy.

this fight was a lot of fun, was fun actually being able to move as ifrit, while the clunky feel of the ifrit v garuda really showed how new clive was to it. This show cases he's actually doin shit for real. I loved it a lot.

Honestly, a fight with skill, not Eikon vs Eikon is astounding. This was the perfect test of skill. The music on top of it was literally PERFECT. This was to see who the best was. Clive was bested by Barnabas TWICE, and this fight right here, was his redemption. No gimmicks, no tricks, just a duel between bitter rivals. Easily my favorite fight in this entire game, and easily the fight that proved to be the most challenging for me, and I’m all for it.

What a badass theme for a man who believed he had no choice but to bend the knee to an unloving god
