Heart meditation Both eyes close karo aur Dhadkan me joh Aag lagi hai u se dekhte raho, Prem ka vishfot hoga.
Dil Ko Suraj ki tarah Jalna tapna hoga toh hi Dil me Prem ki anubhuti hogi, Prem ka Prakash Charo taraf felega.
Dhadkan hi jivant Live Mantra Jaap hai. Dono aankho ko bandh karo aur Dhadkan me dekho. Dhadkan me kuda kachra sulag Raha hai, khus hone ka Prem ka khajana milega.
Jaha Dard hota hai Vaha dekho. Dhadkan me Dard hota hai. Dhadkan / Dard hi Prem Swarup Parmatma Ko pane ka dvar hai. Chot Dhadkan o pe lagi aur maja aane laga.

@@akfinance1982 it’s near Sai baba temple, Dhamnod village. Take bus going to sailana from Sailana bus stand (not the main one in the city centre).
If you can’t sit on floor , chair must not be allowed I assume..
Support is there if you have any medical condition, else sitting on floor is preferred for Vipassana dhyana.

Plz muje kuch btao muje jana chahie ya ghar me hi meditation try karna chahie

Humare sath mai tumari hi jaisa ek ladka tha shuru m wo b Yahi soch raha tha ki kya alag hoga but course end hone pe usne kaha ki yaha aana uski life ka best decision tha. So you never know! Take the chance and go for it! 👍

But don’t worry , every evening there is a session, jismai aap apne teacher se apna experience share krte ho, koi pareshan i hai to wo b bta sakte ho, waha sab aapki help krenge. Ab zada Socho mat sis, khud ko better banane ka Socho and just go there… sab Achha hoga !

I like to learn and experience new things … have been practising meditation since childhood. Also bcz it is a challenging exercise.
@@allatoncewithRJ thankyou you thats so kind of you that you replied , i just want to tell a little part of my story " i am at the stage where i am completly at the edge , i am just completely lost i am working ,i am growing but from inside i am really broke i really dont know the reason but i am messing up my life's critical decisions due to my mental health. I see no escape i tried a lot of things like frequent travelling , physcologist . But at the end i at the same place strugling and mentally tired. I recently came to know the term called vipassana. So i just have a doubt that if i join this how it will help me will i be able to acheive that mental peace which i am struggling to achieve. I will be really thankfull if you can reply my doubt.
