All you need to do to fix the springs is stick some needle nosed pliers into the coil and gently bend them back.

I have Model m2 but the keys no have springs and if i open have membrane, he have a resistence if u try click

Yes, thanks for that, it was really useful. I could add that some of the bigger keys have extra fixing bits, and should be removed after the surrounding keys, so you can see and release these extra bits: Spacebar, Return, R-Shift, Backspace, Ins, Enter (num pad), + (num pad) ... and vice versa on reassembly. Once all keys removed you can get to the 13 plastic lugs holding the bottom of the keyboard.

Thanks for the video. I replaced the capacitors but when I plug the keyboard caps lock and scroll lock LEDs light up, then numlock flashes really quick and they all turn off. Keyboard doesn't work, obviously. Any tips on what the problem might be?

I don't think those springs can be repaired, but it seems like it should be a really chesp thing to replace.

Does anyone know if model f or model m keyswitches can be used in place of Cherry switches?

I am in the middle of repairing my own IBM Model M2. I have already disassembled the day after yours :) I will be ordering the new capacitors soon but I've cleaned up the board and re-positioned the springs and stored it nicely ready for reassembly. If you or anyone needs new springs you can get them from Unicomp, the company that now own the Model M rights. The springs are $0.20 (~£0.16) each and shipping is about $14.66 (~£11.38). Thanks for taking the time to create this. Thanks to you, I can type this on a just-reassembled 1992 M2. Yep, the caps were the problem, with the 2.2uF one having leaked over the controller board. Traces were fine, though, so a cleanup and replace was good enough to get it back into perfect working order. Hats off to you, sir!
